Amen: Your uncle and my father were smart men. My big brother wasted 2 yrs in college to learn shyt he already knew. I pushed up my draft after high school. I wasn't going to burden my non high school grad parents who were working their asses off and both died in the lower 50's. I came out of the Army in 8/65 and took Civ Ser tests and was otj 9/66. Been collecting for 34 yrs next March. God Bless Admedica!!

I found a long hair sticking out of my nose, and jerked it out and looked at it, and it didn't look particularly interesting. I dropped it to the floor, wonderin' if falling hair from fella's noses was noted along with fallin' sparrows. I raised up on one cheek of my butt, and eased out one of those long rattly farts, like you never can get rid of when other folks are around.
I scratched my balls, tryin' to decide at what point a fella stopped scratchin' and started playin'. Which is an age-old question, I guess, and one that ain't likely to be solved in the near future.

Learn a trade everyone needs.....i.e., Plumber or air conditioning and refrigeration etc....Read books for that other enlightenment bullshit!
The NYC civil servant thing has jumped the shark...Who are you going to serve and who's to pay you when "thee people," who are the cities source of revenue through the trickle down taxation of their labors, are fleeing the city...
