Satanic group says Oklahoma must give the devil his due

The Prince of Darkness won't see the light of day in Oklahoma, if lawmakers have their way.

A satanic group commissioned a statue of the devil, raising money to
pay a sculptor who it won't identify, as a way of protesting the Sooner
State's placement of a Ten Commandments monument on the Statehouse lawn
in Oklahoma City. The statue, being sculpted in a New York studio, is
nearly complete, according to Lucien Greaves, spokesman for the Satanic
    Temple.

“We’re really coming along fast,” said Greaves, whose group claims to
have raised more than $20,000 for the project through an online
    crowd-funding site.

"There will never be a satanic monument on the grounds of
the Oklahoma State Capitol and the suggestion that there might be is
absurd."- Alex Weintz, spokesman for Gov. Mary Fallin
The statue of the Baphomet, or Sabbatic Goat, a figure that has been
used to represent Satan for centuries, is to be made of bronze, poured
over a clay mold. Images provided to FoxNews.com show the hideous figure
on a throne, with smiling children at each knee. Greaves' organization
seeks to force Oklahoma to allow placement of their statue or
demonstrate what it considers an unconstitutional double standard.

Oklahoma officials say there is no way in hell that a statue of Satan will ever assume a position at the Capitol.

"There will never be a satanic monument on the grounds of the
Oklahoma State Capitol and the suggestion that there might be is
absurd," Alex Weintz, spokesman for Gov. Mary Fallin, said in a
    statement to FoxNews.com.

Pictures of the partially-completed monument were first posted on Vice.

The Satanic Temple hatched the plan last December after the Ten
Commandments monument, presented as a gift from state Rep. Mike Ritze,
was placed on the lawn. Because it was a donation, state officials
declared that it was permissible to place it on state property. But that
prompted Greaves and the Satanic Temple to say they could do the same
with a monument of their own.

“When we reach out to them and told them of our intentions, the
response we got was asking for the design sketches but we never heard
back from them," Greaves said. "As soon as we are ready, we will reach
    back out to them.”

The Oklahoma chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union sued
Oklahoma over the Ten Commandments monument, and the state has placed a
moratorium on issuing permits for any other monuments.

“We don’t think the state should place religious artifacts on state
property unless the people of the entire state agree with its message,”
Brady Henderson, legal director of the Oklahoma ACLU, told FoxNews.com.
“One of the concerns is that even if you allow all faiths to place
something in a public area, it quickly becomes a farce.”

Henderson cited an incident at the Florida State House, in which the
local government decided to allow all faiths to place holiday
decorations in the Statehouse rotunda next to a manger scene.

I am appalled by the use of children in this evil display........

Crowley used for himself was Frater Perdurabo read this quote below and it will become clear.

From The Magick, in Paris, France:

"...it was the theory of the ancient magicians that any living being is a
storehouse of energy varying in quantity according to the size and
health of the animal , and in quality according to its mental and moral
character. At the death of the animal this energy is liberated suddenly.
The animal should therefore be killed within the Circle, or Triangle,
as the case may be, so that its energy cannot escape...For the highest
spiritual working one must accordingly choose that victim which contains
the greatest and purest force. A male child of perfect innocence and
high intelligence is the most satisfactory and suitable victim."
(Magick, by Master Therion, published in 1929 by the Lecram Press,
    Paris, France)

A footnote on p. 95 says: "(4) It appears from the Magical Records of Frater Perdurabo that he made this particular sacrifice on an average about 150 times every year between 1912 and 1928.

Baphomet (/ˈbæfɵmɛt/; from medieval Latin Baphometh, baffometi, Occitan Bafometz) is a term originally used to describe an idol or other deity which the Knights Templar were accused of worshiping, and subsequently incorporated into disparate occult and mystical traditions. It appeared as a term for a pagan idol in trial transcripts of the Inquisition of the Knights Templar in the early 14th century,[1] The name first came into popular English usage in the 19th century, with debate and speculation on the reasons for the suppression of the Templars.[2]

Since 1856, the name Baphomet has been associated with a "Sabbatic Goat" image drawn by Eliphas Lévi,[3] which contains binary elements representing the "sum total of the universe" (e.g. male and female, good and evil, etc.).[4] However, Baphomet has been connected with Satanism as well, primarily due to the adoption of it as a symbol by the Church of Satan.[5]

NEW YORK CITY COP POINTS OUT
DANGERS OF OUIJA BOARD AND 'DEFENSELESS' CHURCH

      By Michael H. Brown

It's not something we like to
write about -- the demonic -- but it's something that has to be addressed in
these times when it is wreaking havoc. It's not just in the smoke from the
World Trade Center. It's not just in the eyes of terrorists. These days evil
is attacking us all. We are seeing illness. We are seeing dissension. We
are seeing freak accidents. A few weeks ago a
minister and his family were killed in the Midwest by a tree that fell onto their car as they
were driving through a woods in calm weather, and that same week the heavy
wrought-iron gate of a church slipped off its track in San Francisco and
      crushed a priest to death.

At the center of the storm, in New York City, there is
Ralph Sarchie. He's a cop -- a sergeant -- but also an expert on demonology. I
      just
read his book, Beware the Night, and while it's secular and not for the
squeamish, it's the account of a courageous, dedicated man trying to stop not
just the overt manifestations of evil -- not just crime -- but its root cause.

That cause is the devil, and
Sarchie-- who works in 46th Precinct in the South Bronx, which is so
dangerous it's nicknamed "The Alamo" -- has investigated witches,
confronted satanists, and assisted at twenty exorcisms, some exhibiting
extraordinary phenomena. All of this has
taught him a lot about the devil, and he has lessons to give us. One is the
danger of  the occult, including "innocent" games like the Ouija board (whereby those
playing contact the "dead").  The problem: demons often
masquerade as the deceased, and Ouija boards can lead to possession. "There ought to be a
law against these evil, occult `toys,'" writes Sgt. Sarchie. "I can hear
some of you out there saying, 'Hey, I used a Ouija board and nothing
happened.' Consider yourself lucky, then. It's like playing Russian roulette.
When you put the gun to your head, if you don't hear a loud noise, you made
it. Same thing with the board: The more times you pull the trigger, the more
likely that on the next shot, your entire world will go black. I've had one
case where a young mother played with a Ouija board at a party, with
horrifying -- and tragic -- results."

      He has seen
the phenomena. He has seen cases so strong that even the pets had to wear
medals. He has seen cases of grave robbery.

He has seen the results of
curses. He has seen the special unleashing of evil at 3 a.m. "Not only do satanic powers often do things in
threes, to show contempt for the Holy Trinity, but their terrorist strikes
frequently occur at 3:00 a.m.," says Sarchie, who works the midnight
shift. "This is another insult to God, Whose Son Jesus
Christ died on the cross at 3:00 p.m. The demonic will do the opposite of
anything holy, so they like to attack at exactly the opposite hour -- with
supernatural phenomena you might call miracles in reverse."

Sarchie, who has been shot chasing down a robber and who
deals with brutal homicides on a regular basis, describes spiritual warfare
as more treacherous, and the Church is no longer on guard against it.
As this cop-turned-exorcist points out, the prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
      has been
eliminated from the end of Mass, and priests (trained in seminaries
      that
have replaced mystical theology with psychology) know little about
demonology and in many cases even question the devil's existence. "The
problem today is that many priests, clergy of other faiths, and even
      bishops of
the Catholic Church don't believe in the Devil, even though Jesus
      Himself
      performed exorcisms," he says.

This has occurred at the same time the nation has seen an
      upsurge in occult.
"By some estimates there are over 8,000 satanic covens in the country," says Sarchie. "In just about every American
city, black masses are now available on a weekly basis." As the cop
points out, The Satanic Bible has now sold a
      million copies,
and the cover of Sarchie's book describes
New York itself as "a city under diabolic siege." It's hard to tell
if it's because there are more cases or enhanced interest, but he quotes
Father James LeBar, one of four exorcists now serving the Archdiocese of New
York, as reporting a sudden surge of exorcisms -- from "none" in 1990
to "over 300 hundred" in the following decade. Each year,
there are from 800 to 1,300 "major" exorcisms around the world -- a
figure that, we might add, would exponentially increase if priests were
trained and allowed to perform deliverance with the frequency of the early
      disciples.
      Whether one believes in black
magic or not makes no difference to those who want to use it against us.
"In fact," warns Sarchie, "the less you believe, the more
likely that you won't know how to protect yourself if you're attacked this
way. This situation is all the more to the liking of the legions of sorcerers,
black magicians, witches, warlocks, Satanists, and other practitioners of the
      occult."

Sarchie notes that demons often hide "in
the shadow of the church." He has investigated Mayombe "priests." He has
seen Santeria. At one point while exorcising an apartment building in Queens, the cop came nose to nose with
the leader of a satanic coven -- "standing there, right in front of me
[in a hallway], and reading aloud from [a book of spells] to counter my
prayers. It didn't work. He suddenly broke off his
reading and actually ran from me."

      There is
      no fear
with Jesus, Who is vastly more potent than any evil. There is no fear
with Michael the Archangel, who cast Lucifer out of heaven to begin
      with!

      Sarchie is filled with advice:
use Holy Water, he says. This is very powerful. Remember too blessed
salt. Use relics and the St.
Benedict medal. Fast. Go to Confession. Pray always. Pray the Rosary. And don't become obsessed.
"Whenever you discuss a particular case, you give recognition to the
demonic spirit connected with the case," he says. "At times, that
can cause the satanic force to be drawn to you. To obsess over occult horrors
is unhealthy and dangerous to the soul; lifting up your eyes to the wonder and
majesty of God's creations is the cure. It's only through His mercy that we
can survive the dark night of evil."

This to remember: "God never lets
evil happen without something positive coming out of it."

Recent Charges of Sexual Abuse of Children in Hollywood Just Tip of Iceberg, Experts Say
        By Meaghan Murphy   | FoxNews.com

If a spate of recent allegations proves true, Hollywood
may have a hideous epidemic on its hands. The past two weeks have
brought three separate reports of alleged child sexual abuse in the
        entertainment industry.

Martin Weiss, a 47-year-old Hollywood manager who represented child
actors, was charged in Los Angeles on Dec. 1 with sexually abusing a
former client. His accuser, who was under 12 years old during the time
of the alleged abuse, reported to authorities that Weiss told him “what
they were doing was common practice in the entertainment industry.”
        Weiss has pleaded not guilty.

On Nov. 21, Fernando Rivas, 59, an award-winning composer for “Sesame Street,”
was arraigned on charges of coercing a child “to engage in sexually
explicit conduct” in South Carolina. The Juilliard-trained composer was
also charged with production and distribution of child pornography.

Registered sex offender Jason James Murphy, 35, worked as a casting
agent in Hollywood for years before his past kidnapping and sexual abuse
of a boy was revealed by the Los Angeles Times on Nov. 17. Murphy’s credits include placing young actors in kid-friendly fare like “Bad News Bears,” “The School of Rock,” “Cheaper by the Dozen 2” and the forthcoming “Three Stooges.”

Revelations of this sort come as no surprise to former child star Corey Feldman.

Feldman, 40, himself a survivor of childhood sexual abuse,
unflinchingly warned of the world of pedophiles who are drawn to the
entertainment industry last August. “I can tell you that the No. 1
problem in Hollywood was and is and always will be pedophilia,” Feldman
told ABC’s Nightline. “That’s the biggest problem for children in this industry… It’s the big secret.”

Another child star from an earlier era agrees that Hollywood has long
had a problem with pedophilia. “When I watched that interview, a whole
series of names and faces from my history went zooming through my head,”
Paul Peterson, 66, star of The Donna Reed Show, a sitcom popular in the 1950s and 60s, and president of A Minor Consideration, tells FOXNews.com. “Some of these people, who I know very well, are still in the game.”

“This has been going on for a very long time,” concurs former “Little
House on the Prairie” star Alison Arngrim. “It was the gossip back in
the ‘80s. People said, ‘Oh yeah, the Coreys, everyone’s had them.’
People talked about it like it was not a big deal.”

Arngrim, 49, was  referring to Feldman and his co-star in “The Lost Boys,” Corey Haim, who died in March 2010 after years of drug abuse.

“I literally heard that they were ‘passed around,’” Arngrim  said.
“The word was that they were given drugs and being used for sex. It was
awful – these were kids, they weren’t 18 yet. There were all sorts of
stories about everyone from their, quote, ‘set guardians’ on down that
these two had been sexually abused and were totally being corrupted in
        every possible way.”

In fact it is the very nature of a TV or movie set that invites predators, experts tell Fox News.

“A set in Hollywood with children can become a place that attracts
pedophiles because the children there may be vulnerable and less tended
to,” explains Beverly Hills-based psychotherapist Dr. Jenn Berman. “One
thing we know about actors, psychologically speaking, is that they’re
people who like a lot of attention. Kids naturally like a lot of
attention, and when you put a kid on a set who is unsupervised and
getting attention from someone who is powerful, it creates a
vulnerability for a very dangerous situation.”

        Feldman,
who claims he was “surrounded” by pedophiles when he was 14, says the
sexual abuse by an unnamed “Hollywood mogul” led to the death of his
friend Haim at the age of 38. “That person needs to be exposed, but,
unfortunately, I can’t be the one to do it,” Feldman told Nightline.

“There’s more than one person to blame,” says Arngrim. “I’m sure that
it was not just one person who sexually abused Corey Haim, and I’m sure
it wasn’t only him and Corey Feldman that knew about it. I’m sure that
dozens of people were aware of the situation and chose to not report
        it.”

Arngrim, a board member and the national spokeswoman for protect.org,
an organization that works to protect children from physical, sexual,
and emotional abuse, says greed in Hollywood allows sexual predators to
flourish. “Nobody wants to stop the gravy train,” says Arngrim. “If a
child actor is being sexually abused by someone on the show, is the
family, agents or managers – the people who are getting money out of
this – going to say, ‘OK, let’s press charges’? No, because it’s going
to bring the whole show to a grinding halt, and stop all the checks. So,
the pressure is there is not to say anything.”

“It’s almost a willing sacrifice that many parents are oblivious to –
what kind of environment do they think that they’re pushing their kid
into?” said Peterson. “The casting couch is a real thing, and sometimes
just getting an appointment makes people do desperate things.”

Arngrim, who revealed her own sexual abuse in her 2010 autobiography,
“Confessions of a Prairie #@%#*,” explains: “I’ve heard from victims
from all over the country. Everyone tells the same kind of story,
everyone is told to keep it secret, everyone is threatened with
something. Corey Feldman may have opened a can of worms by speaking out,
but yes, this does go on.”

Even though Feldman spoke candidly about the abuse, he hasn’t named
the predator. “People don’t want to talk about this because they’re
afraid for their careers,” says Peterson. “From my perspective, what
Corey did was pretty brave. It would be really wonderful if his
allegations reached through all of the protective layers and identified
the real people who are a part of a worldwide child pornography ring,
because it’s huge and it respects no borders, just as it does not
respect the age of the children involved.”

Bryan Singer's Alleged Victim Sues 3 More Hollywood Execs For Sex Abuse

abused a minor (Photos by Frederick M. Brown/Getty Images)

A man who claims X-Men director Bryan Singer drugged and raped him when he was 17 has filed a new sexual abuse lawsuit against three other powerful Hollywood executives today.

During a press conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills,
Jeff Herman, an attorney who is representing alleged victim,
31-year-old Michael Egan, named three other Hollywood execs in the
complaint—Garth Ancier, David Neuman and Gary Goddard—according to TMZ and BuzzFeed. Egan claims the three men sexually abused him when he was a minor in an Encino, Calif. mansion and on trips to Hawaii.

Neuman was a former president of Disney TV and also was a chief programming officer for CNN, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Goddard produced broadway shows, directed 1987 film Masters of the Universe and created the Jurassic Park ride for Universal Studios. According to the complaint, Ancier, who produced TV shows like 21 Jump Street and the Simpsons, sodomized Egan and forced him to perform oral sex when Egan was 15. Egan says this continued in Hawaii two years later.

Egan first filed a lawsuit against Singer on April 16, accusing the
director of drugging and raping him multiple times in 1999 at the Encino
mansion party and also on trips to Hawaii. He claimed Singer was part
of a "sordid sex ring" run by Hollywood head honchos that would lure
young boys to have sex with them. Egan told reporters that he wanted to break up Hollywood's "pedophile rings."

Singer's lawyer, Marty Singer has said the accusations are “completely without merit," according to BuzzFeed. He also says Singer was mostly working in Toronto on the first X-Men movie when Egan's alleged rapes occurred.

However, after Egan came out with his accusations, more information
detailing Singer's alleged behavior with underage boys have surfaced,
including a recurring Weho Confidential gossip column about "Bryan Singer's Flavor of the Week."

Although it has taken Egan about 15 years to come forward with his
accusations, the state of Hawaii allows sexual abuse victims to sue even
after the statute of limitations, reported TMZ. The deadline for filing
          this is on April 24.

          BuzzFeed's Hunter Schwarz tweeted
that Herman said there were more cases of sexual abuse involving Egan
in California, but because of the statute of limitations, they are not
          suing those men.

"Somebody has to stand up to these people," Egan said
at the press conference. "You can't change the stigma that exists in
this world against childhood sexual abuse unless someone talks about
          it."

interview. “As society pushes God out, no one can deny that that’s
happening. There’s a good portion of society that just cannot stomach

talks 'An Open Secret,' which targets underage abuse and names more
names: "When you meet the victims … it’s difficult to ignore"
A version of this story first appeared in the Nov. 21 issue of The Hollywood Reporter magazine.

The spotlight again will be trained on the alleged sexual abuse of minors by powerful Hollywood players when Amy Berg's disturbing new documentary, An Open Secret, debuts at the DOC NYC film festival in New York on Nov. 14.

              The subject was forced out of the shadows earlier this year when Michael Egan III filed lawsuits against X-Men director Bryan Singer, veteran TV executive Garth Ancier, former Disney exec David Neuman and producer Gary Goddard;
all four denied the allegations, and by August, Egan had dropped the
suits after prior inconsistent statements emerged (he also was scolded
by a judge for lying in court). But now Egan is reemerging in a
prominent role in Berg's film, which focuses in part on the late 1990s
Internet company Digital Entertainment Network headed by Marc Collins-Rector and Chad Shackley,
who held alcohol- and drug-fueled parties attended by teen boys. "They
would pull away the better-looking younger kids and keep them for their
own afterparty," where skinny-dipping was mandatory, says Egan in the
film, alleging that Singer was in attendance.

The documentary, which paints a broad picture of sexual exploitation
in the entertainment industry, does not revisit the specific allegations
in Egan's lawsuits, nor does it characterize the men Egan sued as
predators. But in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter,
Berg defends her choice to include them, saying, "The question is, if
you are an adult at one of these parties where so much is going on out
in the open, what is your responsibility?" She admits, "I don't know the
ins and outs of the various suits," but she is convinced of Egan's
              general credibility.

"He's a straight man in his 30s," she continues. "For him to say he
was sexually abused by men as a young teen all the way up to his late
teens, that's kind of an unlikely thing to lie about. He was at those
parties. His story was not unique. So many other kids had the exact same
stories with the same details." Plus, she adds, Egan's account is "only
one aspect of the story. It's a much greater issue. When you meet the
victims and see how prevalent this problem is, it's difficult to
              ignore."

Singer's attorney Marty Singer (no relation) has not
seen the film yet, but he quesitons why Egan's allegations were
included. "It's disappointing and pathetic that Amy Berg would rely on
the word of Michael Egan, a proven liar, who recently was admonished by a
federal judge for lying in court," Singer tells THR. "Egan has no credibility at all and can hardly be considered a reliable source for her so-called documentary."

An Open Secret also examines several other cases: Talent manager Marty Weiss
              — who pleaded no contest in 2012 to two counts of committing lewd acts
on a child after he was charged with eight felony counts of molesting a
young performer he represented — is seen in the film attending family
gatherings with one of his victims, then is heard, on tape, admitting to
the molestation. Bob Villard, a talent manager who at one time represented a young Leonardo DiCaprio
and who pleaded no contest to a similar felony charge in 2005, is
alleged to have sold pictures of boys (often pictured shirtless, in
              subservient poses) on eBay.

The film also claims that Michael Harrah, a talent
manager who sat on SAG-AFTRA's Young Performers Committee, had young
boys stay with him in his home and tried to take at least one of them to
bed. "[Berg] quoted someone she had apparently talked to, and that
information didn't seem to be correct," Harrah tells THR. "It's
hard to respond to anything that is so nebulous." Adds a SAG-AFTRA rep,
"We have not received complaints nor suggestions of any wrongdoing
regarding the former committee member who resigned earlier this year."

An Open Secret originated in 2011, when Berg, 44, who received an Oscar nomination for her 2006 documentary Deliver Us From Evil, which explored sexual abuse in the Catholic Church, was approached by Matthew Valentinas, a Boston entertainment attorney. He and hedge fund manager Alan Hoffman were looking to do something about victims of sexual exploitation, and, after listening to interviews in which actor Corey Feldman talked
of encountering abuse, they decided to produce a documentary. "We chose
Amy because we didn't want it to be exploitative or tabloid," says
Valentinas. "We wanted it to be empowering for the victims."

At first, Berg says, she had no interest in re-entering the dark
world of abuse that she had visited in her earlier film. "It's
definitely not something I wanted to go back into," she says. "But even
many years after the DEN story, what I found really disturbing was the
number of convicted pedophiles who are still being hired on set, on
kids' shows. These are people who technically should be nowhere near
              children. That was really upsetting."

As she approached the filmmaking challenges involved, Berg discovered
a wealth of visual material — 26 boxes worth — belonging to a collector
on the East Coast who had bought up all of DEN's video archives. More
importantly, she found victims of abuse, now young men, who were willing
to go on camera and relate their experiences — and, in some cases,
their parents also agreed to take part. The young men described the
process of "grooming," by which the predators insinuated themselves into
their lives, and they told of the often-difficult aftermath in which a
number of them confronted depression, drugs and alcohol.

"They were all struggling with the same thing: trying to move on 10
years after the fact. I think this was healing for many of them," Berg
says. "They also felt that there was a threat to other children, and
that was another reason they wanted to speak." Valentinas adds, "The
narrative really comes from the voices of the victims. The film relies
on the courage of the victims coming forward. And for every person who
did talk in the film, we talked to two or three who wanted to but
              couldn't make that jump yet."

Valentinas and Berg insist they didn't hit roadblocks from attorneys
representing men named in the film. But when the DOC NYC festival
canceled a critics' screening set for Nov. 4 at the producers' request,
it raised the question of whether the filmmakers were at odds over the
final cut. "There was no disagreement," says Valentinas. "There were a
lot of legal complexities involved. We had to be sure we had all the
documentation signed. That's what we did, and we're happy it's going to
              be screening."

While he had his fingers crossed, Thom Powers,
artistic director of DOC NYC, says, "Certainly some moments were dicey,
but I always believed in my heart that it was going to screen, because
the whole film team was doing everything they could to make it happen."
He adds, "I think it's an important film about an important topic, a
topic that has, of course, been in the news this past year. But as many
news reports as I've read about this story, the film gave me something
that I hadn't had before, which is a depth of emotional understanding of
what people involved in this have gone through. Anyone who has seen
Amy's film Deliver Us From Evil understands the sensitivity she has around this subject and the depth of commitment she brings to it."

Will a distributor now step forward, or will the film, which cost
about $1 million to make, prove too hot for Hollywood, forcing the
filmmakers to take the self-distribution route? Several distributors
have looked at it, and Valentinas says there is one, which he would not
name, that has expressed definite interest. Says another distributor who
passed, explaining there wasn't room for it on his release slate: "It's
extremely compelling. How explosive it is remains to be seen. But I
would not have any issue working on this film and think it would be a
very interesting release." Valentinas adds, "I think it's going to come
down to how courageous the executives are who look at this film. I think
Hollywood is obviously nervous about the film, but I think once it is
out there and everyone sees it, I'm sure we'll have a lot of suitors for
the film. I'm glad it's premiering in New York, and I'm grateful for
Thom Powers for giving us this venue to get the film out there."

In conjunction with the film, Valentinas is in the process of setting
up a foundation. "The profits from the film are going to the
foundation," he says. "We are really hoping that more victims will feel
they will have a place where they can come out and share their
experience. It will also be a way for people to be more educated about
how these pedophiles operate in Hollywood, because it's very specific.
The people who are going to Hollywood every year to get into films might
be a little more susceptible, and the people who are preying on them
have more influence and more power to dangle over them. I hope this film
will help the industry to police itself better."

Berg has already plunged into a number of new projects. Her first narrative film, Every Secret Thing, a drama about two young women, played by Dakota Fanning and Danielle Macdonald, convicted of killing a baby, debuted at this year's Tribeca Film Festival. and she is completing a documentary about Janis Joplin. But she's looking for more than just applause when An Open Secret finally screens. Say the director, "The goal is having public exposure that helps clean up the industry."

Exclusive: Nicki Minaj's 'Only' Director Says 'Neither I Nor the Video Are Anti-Semitic'
As far as applying Nazi imagery, 100% me,' Jeff Osborne says in new statement.
The controversy surrounding the lyric video for Nicki Minaj's "Only" has been ongoing, and director Jeff Osborne wants to further clarify his creative intentions.

Since the clip's premiere last week, Minaj and the director have faced criticism for the video's Nazi imagery.

While Osborne told Myspace on Tuesday that the models and symbols used in the visual "are all representative of Nazism," the director tells Billboard that neither he nor the video are anti-Semitic.

Nicki Minaj's 'Only' Video Director: 'Sorry I'm Not Sorry'

In an exclusive statement, Osborne breaks down the creative process
behind the video, including Young Money's brief guidelines. Read in full
                below:

"The reason I'm not apologizing is because neither I nor the
video are anti-semitic. I can't be sorry for something I'm being falsely
accused of. The video represents Young Money as a generic totalitarian
regime, which takes images and symbols from several countries and time
periods, one of which is Nazism. As an artist I have two voids to fill.
First, meeting the demands of the client and two, creatively applying my
own voice where I can. The Young Money team came to me with a set of
parameters in which they exactly stated -- something black and white,
dark, ominous, with hints of imagery like
                Sin City or Metalocalypse

As far as applying Nazi imagery, 100% me. Whether it was
interpreted that way to their team, I have no idea.  Not once did we
ever sit in the same room, nor did they ask if I applied a deeper hidden
meaning. I simply send them the video and they reject, approve, or ask
                for changes.

I made this creative decision to show the juxtaposition of the
most iconic form of totalitarianism and ways it still exists today,
specifically in politics, the military-industrial complex, censorship,
and intense monitoring and tracking of our citizens. It has nothing to
do with glorifying Hitler or the Holocaust. People think it's
trivializing the Holocaust because the song talks about sex, but I have
no control over the lyrical content. I had an opportunity and an outlet,
which I knew would reach millions of people, and wanted to make a
statement. The term New World Order isn't just an edgy pop culture
reference. It is very real and was a term used by president George H.W.
Bush, ironically 10 years to the day before 9/11.

We have a government that tracks us, monitors us, has programs
dedicated to controlling our minds and testing diseases on us, and no
one asks any questions. People aren't privy to things like MK Ultra, the
School of the Americas, the fact that the Bush family owned Securacom,
which was in charge of security for the World Trade Center, Dulles
Airport, and United Airlines. The fact that in every recent war, the
opposition leader has worked for the CIA. I'm not saying I know all the
facts, but do people really think there isn't more to the story? Look up
from your smartphone and smell the fuckin' roses, I'm trying to help
you! People vilify artists for using this type of imagery in their work
as if they're part of the 1% club. Believe me, any artist who has brain
cells know they're not in the club. In my opinion it's not
glorification, it's a subliminal warning because you can't openly say
these kinds of things. Me? I don't give a $+$@. I have no corporate
interests, PR team, or image to maintain.

My comment about the First Amendment was in regard to people
demanding the video be removed, not their interpretation of the video,
which I welcome openly, whether positive or negative, because that's the
                point of art.
                "
