The neck bearings are toast and the tripples may be bent but ifin ya want it I'll saws all it off.. I'll pull the cover and look at the other stuff tomorrow ifn I gets a chance. Ya can have the whole thing but the shipping might be a problem It's in Northern New Mexico. The new board don't tell me where you are.

The alternator looks good

The points plate looks good

The triple trees look straight but the bearing snaps into the straight ahead position like it was hit hard enough to shatter the race. could be rust I suppose but it feels like impact damage.. I slid a fork tube into the triples and am fairly confident that they are straight.
