So we've had the thread above where we've given the histories of our characters. Here, why not put together lists of our character's most memorable matches, i.e., ones you'd see on a WWE-style box set? These don't have to be AWA-restricted, although I imagine lots of the matches would be from AWA competition.

Here's A.C.'s, from where I sit.

DISC ONE

Back Yard Brawl World Championship: A.C. Smith vs. Alan 'Bad Boy' Woods
Date: July 2002
Significance: A.C.'s first career title match, and one he won with authority.

A.C. Smith vs. Memory
Date: August 2004
Significance: A.C.'s first match in More Power Wrestling, and, despite losing, it WAS with the wrestler he'd team up to win the MPW Tag Team Championship belts with.

Love it or Leave it Battle Royal: A.C. Smith, Dustin Dread, Chris Kinkade, Postulo Amplus, Shawn Orka, Guinevere Charest, Vincent Smith, Johnny Blaze, Chris Kage, Judge Mental, Mason Storm, Whisper, Shane Solomon, Rawstarr, Nicholas Pride, Blackjack
Date: January 8th, 2006; Shock (yes, I looked it up on the old site)
Significance: A.C.'s first AWA match, which he won by hurling Dustin Dread over the top rope.

AWA No Limits Championship: A.C. Smith vs. Quade deSade
Date: January 29th, 2006; Hell on Earth
Significance: A.C.'s first title win in the AWA.

Triple Threat: A.C. Smith vs. Orlando Ortega vs. Jeff Christianson
Date: July 30th, 2006; Shock
Significance: The win that showed Smith may be able to hang with the big guns in the AWA.

A.C. Smith vs. Brian Stevens
Date: December 17th, 2006; Wrestlefest
Significance: A.C.'s highest-profile match to date, and one that stole the show in his hometown of New York City.

DISC TWO

AWA United States Championship: A.C. Smith vs. Gabriel vs. Terry James
Date: January 14th, 2007; Shock
Significance: A.C.'s first US title win.

Last Man Standing, AWA United States Championship: A.C. Smith vs. Jeff Christianson
Date: February 25th, 2007; Vortex
Significance: A very hardcore, bloody match that Smith emerged victorious from thanks to a powerbomb over the top rope through a table at ringside.

AWA World Championship: A.C. Smith vs. Brian Stevens
Date: May 13th, 2007; No More Drama
Significance: A.C.'s most-publicized shot at the World title.

AWA No Limits Championship: A.C. Smith vs. The Jester
Date: August 19th, 2007; Classic
Significance: A brutal, balanced match for the NL title that ended when Smith came off the top rope and splashed Jester through a table, ending the match in a draw.

Tag team: A.C. Smith/Logan Alexander vs. Mark Cross/Jeff Christianson
Date: December 9th, 2007; Leyendos y Heroes
Significance: This headlined the first AWA/ELL collaborative effort in front of an ultra-hot crowd in Tijuana, Mexico.

Four Sides of Hell: A.C. Smith vs. Mark Cross
Date: December 16th, 2007; Wrestlefest
Significance: This was the blow-off to a bloody feud between these two that ended in front of Smith's hometown crowd in one of the most violent matches ever devised.
2007 Fan Favorite of the Year
US Champion: x2 (third-longest reign: 86 days)
NL Champion: x2

With Stevens out indefinitely, it's appropriate that I waste half an evening trying to look back on what I did with that character before I try to make Onslaught something special. Who knows if I'll ever revisit it (Stevens) again so let's make this worthwhile.

DVD TITLE: The Life & Times of Brian Stevens
---------------------------------------------------------------------
DISC ONEThe Beginning

ASW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP
BRIAN STEVENS versus THOR

EVENT: ASW – “Brawl In St. Paul”
YEAR: 2002
SIGNIFICANCE: The highest profile match Brian Stevens competed in as a Rookie against his first true rival. On this night, Brian Stevens pinned Thor to capture the ASW Title.

EFW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS versus “Corrupt” KEITH EDWARDS

EVENT: EFW PAY PER VIEW
YEAR: 2003
SIGNIFICANCE: This was Brian Stevens’ first ‘high profile’ match on a National Stage. Wrestling for Al Craine’s upstart EFW out of Boston, MA, Brian Stevens captured his first nationally recognized Championship by defeating one of his greatest rivals: “The Golden Man” himself and former CAL World Champion! “Corrupt” Keith Edwards!

STAIRWAY TO HELL
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS versus AXEL “The Axeman” Blade

EVENT: EFW PAY PER VIEW
YEAR: 2003
SIGNIFICANCE: The match that raised the stock of Brian Stevens in the eyes of many promoters as well as the match that broke Stevens into EFW’s Main Event scene. This match was the blow-off to a major feud involving Brian Stevens, Onslaught, Starr and Cracker Jack (The Theatre of Pain) against multi-time World Champion and EFW Hall of Famer Axel Blade. Stevens won the match and bleed buckets in the process.

EFW NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS versus “Corrupt” KEITH EDWARDS

EVENT: EFW PAY PER VIEW
YEAR: 2003
SIGNIFICANCE: The final EFW Pay Per View in the upstart promotion’s history saw two bitter rivals collide for one final time. Brian Stevens and Keith Edwards end their year-long feud in a CLASSIC in Boston, MA.

TOKYO DOME DEBUT
BRIAN STEVENS versus BULL MATSUMOTO

EVENT: Great Japan Pro Wrestling Tokyo Dome Show
YEAR: 2004
SIGNIFICANCE: After EFW folded, Brian Stevens accepted an invitation to join Keiko Ono’s Great Japan Pro Wrestling. In his first appearance for the company after many months of training in the dojo’s, Stevens defeats current Pro Wrestling JAPAN Intercontinental Honored Crown Heavyweight Champion Bull Matsumoto in his debut match.

FINAL GREAT JAPAN PRO WRESTLING MATCH
BRIAN STEVENS versus AKIRA OGAWA

EVENT: Great Japan Pro Wrestling Tokyo Dome Show
YEAR: 2004
SIGNIFICANCE: The final Great Japan show before Jun Morishima and Keiko Ono had their falling out…a falling out that created Pro Wrestling JAPAN. Akira Ogawa would go on to become the first ever IHC Heavyweight Champion for PWJ, but was also a multiple time Great Japan Grand Prix International Champion. This would be Stevens’ final Great Japan show before signing his AWA deal and giving his allegiance in the overseas war to Morishima and PWJ. Stevens beat Ogawa in this contest in the Tokyo Dome’s Main Event.

FINAL INDEPENDENT MATCH
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS versus “The Human Deathbringer” ONSLAUGHT

EVENT: ASW TV
YEAR: 2005
SIGNIFICANCE: The ONLY time Brian Stevens and Onslaught fought one another was on a RARE Indy booking in St. Paul just weeks before Stevens debuted for the American Wrestling Alliance. Stevens would go on to beat Onslaught with the Sweet Sensation.

### ###

DISC TWOThe Struggle

AWA ROOKIE BRAWL
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS versus SCOTT LOTUS, FRANK SCHMIDT, CYNDER, TERRY JAMES, XTREME JEFF, OCELOT, and OTHERS.

EVENT: AWA Vortex
YEAR: 2005
SIGNIFICANCE: The AWA debut of Brian Stevens. The Rookie Brawl saw the debut of a lot of promising AWA stars, including many future Champions. Stevens would go on to be RUNNER-UP in this Battle Royal, but would avenge his loss to Scott Lotus weeks later, ultimately taking him out of the sport permanently.

FIRST BLOOD MATCH
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS versus SAIDOGAI

EVENT: AWA Spring and Breaks
YEAR: 2005
SIGNIFICANCE: Perhaps the most under-appreciated match in Stevens’ career was the bloodbath he survived and ultimately won against Saidogai. This would be Stevens’ first major win on Pay Per View over an established AWA star.

LADDER MATCH – KING OF THE KAGE CONTRACT
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS (w/ Onslaught) versus NATHAN HAWTHORNE-LEE (w/ Sarah Hawthorne)

EVENT: AWA Revelations
YEAR: 2005
SIGNIFICANCE: Brian Stevens and NHL started their legendary war in April 2005 over the AWA No Limit Championship. Before the scheduled Ladder Match for said No Limit Title could happen, NHL was stripped of the title by a returning AWA President Travis Gray. Instead of competing for a title, they competed for a contract. This match also spawned the birth of something bigger: THE UNBEKNOWNST BIRTH OF DAMAGE, INC.

GRUDGE MATCH
“The Sensation” BRIAN STEVENS versus KING CHOZEN

EVENT: AWA Shock
YEAR: 2005
SIGNIFICANCE: This match would be the first time Brian Stevens pinned an inducted AWA Hall of Famer. By this time, Stevens had collected wins over The Hangman, Low and Brian Williams in one form or another…but this match was the first time Stevens would go on to beat King Chozen and do so clean and convincingly.

AWA WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
DAMAGE, INC. (Brian Stevens & Nathaniel Henry Lee w/ Sarah Hawthorne) versus BAD BLOOD (C-Rock & Jeff Christianson)
