In my opinion of course. We all get fired up about 6105s, 6309s, 62MAS; but the 7002s are kind of the bastard stepchilds of Seiko divers. The 7039 was the first 200m diver and I have always had a soft spot for them. That one is a stunner.

I was definitely guilty of under-appreciating these myself, and really only looked to acquire one as almost an afterthought of my 150m auto collection. However, after getting a 150m 7002-7009 I was hooked, and looked around for this 200m transitional.

Here it is with its little brother the 7002-7009. I was lucky to acquire the 7009 off of eBay for a decent price, it is in nearly the same condition as the 7039..
