and a Bacon Luvrs delight for the Wife. 3 different kinds of bacon, 2 eggs and hash browns with bacon bits and melted cheese.

believe it or not, not that many restaurants here offer Canadian bacon in their breakfast selections!
When I was a kid growing up Canadian bacon was a "luxury" to us as it was way more expensive then regular bacon.
I love it but VERY rarely buy it in the store as it's so pricey!

Just the same I enjoy those foods from time to time. Is your melt kind of like a modified Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich?
