Leslie got his mil BlueAngels...so I might bid on this one..cheap bid now at $38usd! New crystal and battery...

googled this model and many early ones were garbage, faulty crowns and easily scratched crystals. The former CWC MoDs were better(heavier cases). Some owners had very good reports. First issued in late 1999 to Bristish MoD but discontinued 2 years later? Government cost cutting was the reason given for MoD to have ordered these models. Apparently this sample is a later one with the longer minute hand ....cute, huh! haha! Saw these some years ago but declined to get one cuz of the crown stem breaking prob etc etc....

on Time Factors site. The Smiths PRS-29A & PRS-29B versions (36 and 39mm). Wouldn't mind one but the Pulsar is a nice looking and less expensive alternative.

Maybe too similar to my everyday beater and work watch.

Quality comes with time.

issued watches. I used to have the cheap Marathon navigator with trit tubes and loved it as a bedtime watch! When the battery expired, I botched taking out the caseback...very tight...bummer!

I love mil watches, for some reason! haha!
