I have bought and sold a few watches in my day but one in particular I sold I still to this day regret in doing........
I sold my Seiko Seaspider Silver dialed watch awhile ago and have regretted doing so ever since!
I know to many it was an ugly watch and not well received but damn..... I sure wish I could find another!

Many thought them ugly, but the caliber and history are fascinating.

they had a bezel style I like and the bracelet top links were emblazened with a spider motif. Best of all, they had the 4s15 (I think) movement

many thought them, stylewise, ugly. Dima had bought one but flipped it. But seeing many new models of boutique watches coming out now, the Spyder watch would compare nicely!

I've always liked those. But I always like the more off beat and unique pieces.
I've always wanted one but never found one or missed out on a sales post.
I didn't know it had a 4s15 mov't. It just visually intrigued me, but mov't is nice.
I have that in my Laurel. Its pretty nice. IMO.
I haven't seen a Seaspider for a long while. I think Jeje has one if I remember correctly.
These are really popular as they don't sell often and get sold faster than they are posted.

The link don't work for me, I caught UbunPoy's virus. FF plays games with me. They should stop the improvements already!

As soon as I saw this pic; Flash Gordon popped into my head...

Not the remake but the original black and white from the 1930s :-O

I think the lighting and camera angle all contributed to that look
