(Not that I believe the Interec Alternance-10 really exists outside of press photos of two years ago)

Anyway, my point is that this movement matches the very thin dimensions of the ETA2892.

Does anybody know the dimensions of the DG48? I understand it's something like a DG28 with a close shave, but is it thin enough to fit a case designed for the 2892 et al?

I hop you don't mind, but I posted this over at WUS here:

http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=278224

I've also sent an e-mail to the citizen Reps who post on the forum, so they can check it out and chime in with what they know. I cross linked this thread here so people can read this thread and see your thoughts as well.

Thanks again.

I have a 2892 in my Doxa 5000T and the movement is so sweet to handwind and the accuracy is great for a non COSC certified movement. It exceed the specs anyways

I wonder what sort of price point watches with this movement will retail at?

I didn't realize (or it hadn't sunk into my thick head) that there was ~1mm difference in height.
