Those datejust like watches (and the original itself) are growing on me. Not sure why that is. Either my changes are changing or the classics are indeed classic and just get better with age like a fine wine...

I wore this one for nearly 18 years...


While not completely true to the original; it does have some of the elements that I like.

Definitely, one like Thian's Ricoh; a Bulova Super Seville; a Rado or any of the similar homages would be welcome in my collection and get some regular wrist time

she actually presented me with three different watches and this one was the one I immediately picked
The other two were Swiss but I wasn't WISe back then and only chose what I liked
