My desire to own it, and my pocket book, could never come to terms...

It sold for close to $3000.00

Me personally i would dearly love The Omega Planet Ocean Chronograph in either the Black or the Orange Dial.I have tried both on many Times in the local Jewellers yet the £3000+ PRICE TAG Denies me this luxury on principal of the price alone.

... the Girard-Perregaux SeaHawk Pro II 3000m as for the super-extreme diver watch.

And the ultimate-out-of-reason-pricey-grail-non-diver watch could be the a Richard Mille or the B.R.M. Bi-Rotor.

But at the end of the day I could be quite happy a nice asian automatic

it would be the Omega Ploprof,Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, and the GS diver SBGA031.
But I think I will cave one day,and sell off all, to get the SBGA031. Sooner than later, haha.

But just not as cool as the price may suggest.

I bought a Doxa Sub 5000T Sharkhunter a few years ago,
and my want and price came together without much thought.

The Seiko I posted in the top of this thread would be
a no-brainer to me, if the price was $600.00 to $700.00.
But I just can't see $3000.00 for it.

My next, and probably last, big watch purchase will be
an Omega Speedmaster, I really like the watch and the
history behind it puts it over the top for me. The price
seems right for what you're getting. I love that watch.

And I'd really really like one, but it's not in my budget.

That's one of Seiko's cooolest watches, of course I'm always

drawn to anything associated with the space program.
