my land line that is. The utility box in the ground at the end of the driveway filled with water so the phone and cable connections got all corroded.

No mishaps with the cell phone but one of the kids managed to drop one of the tv remotes in the toilet :(

That is... the little smart phones went right into the toilet! Thankfully this was post flushing. Pull up the pants and somehow two of them came off the holder and right into the water... A sad end to a smartphone. This is pre Apple i-Phone so these were really expensive at the time.

I dropped one in a large Vietnamese soup, in front of a good friend.
He could not stop laughing...
I wasn't.

Another one got chewed by Pookie
He did not even get sick!
The clerk at the cell store laughed.
Why does everybody laugh when I scrap a cell?

the replacement for the replacement did the same thing when updating the android software... GRRRRR... didn't have this issue when updating the original phone that took the dive in my drink..

Never mind.. LG replacing it for me later this week..

Lesson....

Don't have phone where it can fall into fluids..
