I actually had a not bad meal tonight; a classic Italian sub from Subway. I haven't had one of those in several years and I thoroughly enjoyed it

Sorry, no pics as it was nothing but crumbs on a napkin by the time I thought about photographing it

.... 'cept I'm alergic to all sea-food It was 105 F today so I had a nice cool salad with oil and balsamic vinager dressing, and a nice ham and swiss sandwich on Rye bread! Washed it down with a couple of glasses of Iced Tea Nice and light, cool and within my dietary requirements

why do you pay $30USD to have the goods delivered?

Surely that money would have paid for more than the 24 beers!?

after 15 years of hauling textbooks, papers etc to school and back...then i bought a car to alleviate the physical pain and stress of the weight for her. So now, we can have Okuwa deliver our groceries! makes sense??? hehe!

As for me, 28 years of bartending has compressed my neck vertebrae cushions! and my left pouring elbow is now showing tendonitis....so these aches and pains start to show mid to later years! Be careful of your own health, ma boy!! we aren't spring chickens any more!

the kind with two wheels like airline baggage? Surely that wouldn't aggravate the back or elbows

I'm from a long line of Scottish folk and we tend to be frugal :-O

I know all about getting physically old...two years in the wood working industry has convinced me that is a young mans occupation!

maybe she could buy 4 six packs and make 4 trips

I remember my days in Singapore when the grocery guys delivered as part of the service, no extra cost.
We used to have that service here a long time ago...my older brother had a job for the local grocery store and he delivered all the orders in his old Model T !
