I notice a member on watchuseek is putting together orders for another run of these. I procrastinated too long in ordering one of these from watchunique until they were out of stock. I'll add a link but if its not cool just delete it.

Look identical to the Watchunique but maybe they are using the higher grade of ST19. I have had the Watchunique and presently have a Markus one. The crown on the Markus one handwound a bit nicer than the Watchunique and the pushers seemed slightly firmer. Other than that (and the difference caseback and dial) they are so similar.

It is nice that these come with authentic paperwork from Sea-Gull plus the nice box. I am tempted to pick one up myself.

Kind of annoying that Sea-Gull's other division does these back door deals. These sorts of watches should be going through Kevin Ma.

Seagull outlet? Did they do another batch, I wonder?? Last report was the price in China had risen on the watch when we all thought the 1963s were no longer available.

It is worth $300 USD to me. I would like to hear something from Sea-Gull though to say what grade of ST19 they are using etc.

I am tempted to snag one myself.

Very limited production and no other re-issues are quite like those ones.

I kind of wish I had of bought two! Mine has the filled red star but the unfilled star like yours are a bit more unique.

How many 1963s does one need though?

with guarranty etc...208 LE version....hmmmmm.....fascinating.....sounds like the Hong Kong factory retail store had another batch made up and created the special presentation kit...funny the fellow had a faulty pusher on his but got it fixed. My Markus version also had a broken click spring on the reset pusher but Lysanderxiii fixed it in a jiffy!....
The poster originally mentioned he was a collector and got his privately, it seems...meaning through the backdoor ...but now he has access to the 208 LE batch....selling at $280 a pop....not a bad price.....

With some providence and papers to go with them. That is a pretty special package actually.
