Here are two of my recent ones:

rascist [rash-ist]
noun
1. A person who believes in both racism and fascism
adjective
2. Of or like rascists or rascism

aburrito [ab-uh-ree-toh]
noun
A tortilla folded over a bland-tasting filling.
