I cannot find any info except this:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4511712/?ref_=nm_knf_t1

I do have DIRTY HEROES on VUH too but the synopsis of both tapes differ so I would say it is not the same movie but I am very aware of the fact that in the golden days of rental tapes almost everything was possible.
Can anyone shed a light on this?

Bo Curtis is so obviously an alias. But since it's a Thai movie, you have to ask Regis on FB. He knows everything about Thai movies.
I'm guessing that Krung Seller is an alias for Krung Srivilai.

I think the easiest way to find out would be to compare the two tapes ... the backcover text may not be very reliable , I recognize Gordon Mitchell on the backcover-picture ... I guess that scene will not be found in the film

According to the Imdb link , Joseph Lai is somehow related to the film (listed as:presenter) !
He was responsible for many Ninja atrocities , so this one may possibly be another mashed up print of different films for the video market ?

I'm kinda surprised that the movie was released in Finland by Warner. Especially if it's a Joseph Lai cut & paste job. He didn't just make ninja (cut & paste) movies, but also other ordinary action movies by (cutting & pasting).

Could it be this movie? Search for "Pimp With Golden Heart". I can't link directly to that specific title.

"The movie is lost in Thailand but it was found in Taiwan under the name "Phoenix the Invincible" in VHS format with no English subtitles."

A copy from the old and rare Finnish tape.

The Finnish tape came with a rather generic cover:
