Please note: Widescreen AND uncut. The Troma disc does have an uncut version, but it's not widescreen.

Yes it does! And if you are going to put this out please DO NOT USE THE TROMA SOUNDTRACK!!! It is totally awful and disrespectful of the film. It borders on being racist in my humble opinion. Also, we are not just talking two different soundtracks here, the troma dubbed version is also shorter than the original soundtrack version (the DVD contains both).

No, not different scenes, they just cut out scenes. I haven't watched the whole Troma version (cos the dubbing so too awful) but I checked the run times on my DVD player and it is much shorter. I guess if you really want to know the differences you'll have to buy the disc from Amazon. They also put out a 'sequel' but actually it's TO BURN THE SUN that they just retitled (and which of course has nothing to do with the first film).

Troma's retitle was Ferocious Female Freedom Fighters 2. It was only given a VHS release. No DVD. You can get the UK PAL release from Amazon.UK.

at Amazon:

I have the Malaysian vcd version of this and the English onscreen title is To Burn the Sun.

NB: the dubbing is the original English dubbing. No Troma shite here!
