Here are a couple of photos I shot today. I had Jim Gaska make a custom 4" wheel for my Hawke Eclipse side focus 6-24x. Found out soon enough that it blocked to magazine port, so he machined a 'spacer' to move the wheel out 13/16". Works great now, I've not been able to capture the artwork on the wheel - but it's very like the PCUSA logo (see www.pcusa.org) - with four copies in between the holes in the wheel. Now if it ever warms up so I can get the wheel marked . . .

We've been through a very cold spell - in the teens below zero. It's supposed to warm up a bit now and start really snowing. We've only had about 4" so far. I should be a very happy camper next week - hope to start the snowshoeing season But we've been making ice, and I'm also looking forward to the ice fishing which will start after the new year. BTW - it was around 7 degrees when I did the photos.
