Hi,

Welcome Message logic will be update with the following change:

- By default the text will be aligned to the left (except RTL languages) instead of center align
- Message box that are closed by the users will re-appear again if the group owner updated the Welcome Message content, to ensure everyone will see the updated messages again

Scheduled to be rolled out before Friday this week.

Is the welcome box now fully functional?

Welcome messages on some boards are erratic, displaying old content, sometimes the new content, then back to the old content.

The Left aligned text caused the text in forums and topics to move left and crowd custom New Post icons.

Can you post a screenshot with your CSS removed? We can then look into the issue.

The Welcome Message is still much work in progress but we are getting there.

two things were changed on the same day I think.
moving the welcome box text to the left, and the removal of the read/unread square icon.

The removal of the icon may have been the cause of the adjacent text moving left.

I'll investigate some more

The message box seems to be displaying current  content, and is not jumping back to old content.

BBcode is working better.

Content updates are showing on Chrome, but the box showing at all on firefox. I've cleared cache and cookies but it won't come back for me
