I am the site administrator for http://trilliumhollow.org/forum.
Unfortunately the previous site admin left years ago, and did not leave us the login information needed in order to administer our Tapatalk plugin.
I'm unable to 'Add a Site to Tapatalk' at https://siteowners.tapatalk.com/forums/create for http://trilliumhollow.org/forum using this new account. When I try I get the following error:
"This site url or its host address has been used, please try another one. If you believe the address of your forum's host is being used by others, pls. contact us."
I would either like the old site config taken down, or (preferably, so as not to disturb our current users) to move the current site config from that old user account to this new user account I’ve created.
Are either of those possible? I'm happy to provide documentation to prove that I am authorized to administer this community's software if you need it.

Please provide a link to a simple "verify_me.txt" or similar file in your websites root containing your request above in order to verify the authenticity of your request.
In the text file, please insert the username and / or e-mail you wish to use to login to Tapatalk Dashboard going forward.
Once verification is complete we will be able to transfer the requested site to your account.
