Unfortunately not as I've deleted them, and now disabled the feature so it won't (or shouldn't) send them again. I've literally just emptied my deleted emails while this page was loading.

This should be fixed now.

I've received another "trending" email today. I have three accounts, this one that I'm posting from here which is my "real" account, and two more than I set up so that I can experiment with permission levels / groups and so on. The two test accounts (and it came to one of those test accounts) are only members of one forum. None of the topics in the email are on our forum, and I turned off trending emails the other day, as noted above. I have not re-enabled them.

No it hasn't - another one arrived just now, links to boards that the user is not in.

Here's another one I've had this morning that is "interesting".

Capture.JPG

This is headed as "Top discussions from your feed", yet the top post is one that I made on March 19th. It's only ever had one response, from me a couple of days later, to say that it's still happening and it's still to get a pop-up message about a pop-up that the site won't show me. How can a post that I made almost a month ago, that no-one else has replied to, be a "top discussion"?

I will forward that email to you, and the one I posted about below

I'm not suggesting that they're not available, I am asking why I am getting emails saying "Top Discussions from Your Feed" when they are not in my feed, they are not on boards I've signed up to, nor have any interest in.

The thread was started by someone else asking why it linked to discussions that had been deleted, then I added to it to mention that some of the emails point to very old articles, and then above showed an email that has content that is not relevant to my account. In Post #24, @winter said this had been fixed, but I'm just letting you know that it has not been fixed.

Our "Top discussions" email problem is still happening, this time it's with regard to discussions that are at least on the board I am a member of. I received an email today containing "Top Discussions", in the order they appear in the forum in the "discussions" view (i.e. in order of most recent update) they are dated:

25th May
26th May
30th May
1st June
27th May

in that order. Can anyone explain how these are the "top" discussions today, when I have to scroll to the second page to even find one of them, and there are 14 other threads above them with more recent activity?

My concern is that new members will follow these links, see that the topic has not been updated for ages, and form the opinion that our forum is not very busy.

I also keep getting emails about threads I have contributed to in this support area, but when I open them, they have not changed. Why would you email me with a link to a thread that hasn't changed?
