phpBB 3.1.x Version 1.3.0 released

- Updated Tapatalk plugin core
- Solved issue with some sql queries that caused high cpu usage in some configurations.
- Removed welcome page and improved Google indexing support
- Added support for show native emoticons and custom emoticon packages. At this moment this will work only in IOS apps, android app need some changes.
