No ACP setting to hide memberlist and users' profiles from guests

That's strange @disneywdw . You should also be able to manage group permissions for the so-called pre-defined groups, not only your custom-made groups.
You might want to ask TT to take a look at your ACP settings. Presumably something is missing there.
It would be helpful to TT Staff to provide a link to your board.

However, "Guests" is not one of the choices of usergroups I can limit. 

If a board is set to private on the board settings page, then the guest group will not appear in the manage group options.

I'd like to request also that an option to make the members list private be created apart from who is online, and the same for individual users profile pages.

Since the missing ACP setting was reinstated, I'd prefer to mark this topic as 'RESOLVED' now...

Some global settings are changed and user profiles are available/visible to guests again..everywhere..(including member list, etc.)..
