I'm an administrator on a site that just converted from Invisionfree to Tapatalk. Our homepage is now active, and I can view all of the links from there, but none of my users can follow any links. This means no one can login or view any posts, or do anything else on our site for that matter. Error showing says "This site can't be reached. visionary-tales.com refused to connect." To my knowledge, none of the members who viewed the sample forum before the conversion had this problem.

Please help.

HI
This is most likely because of your custom domain settings. Shortly after the migration, the site owner should have received a notice to update Name Server pointing to Tapatalk. I'll follow up with a PM including the instruction again.

So I'm the forum admin, and I have less than no interest in giving you guys full control of my domain's DNS settings. I have several subdomains and I am happy with our current DNS provider. I should be able to use our current name servers; all I should need to change is the A record. Who should I PM about that?

Got the same problem here - I can't log in to change anything because as soon as I try I get a connection failed error - it's trying to log in via HTTPS but there is no certificate!
What do I need to do to log in? I have had no notices about anything to do with DNS (in fact nothing at all except some vague message about beta testing last october).

Same issue, please PM solution (I am assuming the below is not what you are going to send me. If so, I will need a little more help). It's also not showing up in my groups when I login to my Tapatalk account. Thank you. http://forums.livedragonballz.com/

Hello,

Your forum was recently migrated from the Invision Free network to Tapatalk Groups. Given that you have a custom domain associated to the forum, you will need to update your nameservers.

Please ensure your website is using the nameservers provided:
cory.ns.cloudflare.com
mira.ns.cloudflare.com

Note: All other nameservers must be removed.

Allow up to 24 hours for this change to be processed. There will be no downtime when you switch your name servers. Traffic will gracefully roll from your old name servers to the new name servers without interruption. Your site will remain available throughout the switch.
It may take up to 24 hours after successfully changing name servers for a new SSL certificate pack to be issued for your site. If you need valid SSL certificates in place before sending traffic through Cloudflare, pause Cloudflare for your site by clicking on Advanced to the right and resume when your certificate pack has been issued.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Based on the above instructions, I did the attached. Once I did that, I couldn't even see the landing page of the forum, whereas before I changed it, the landing page was accessible, but nothing else.
