Group Does Not Exist error after unexpected migration

Due to an unexpected migration Im getting an error message  at this URL saying "The group you are looking for does not exists.":

https://www.tapatalk.com/error?error=gr ... und&group=

The website I operate is MaskOfDestiny.com and we were using invisionfree forums.

The original URL is s3.invisionfree.com/Forums_of_Destiny

We used a custom DNS setting anf invision's services to make that appear as:

forums.maskofdestiny.com/index.php?

Both of these take me to the error page. When I tried to log in to tapatalk, hoping my previous credentials from invisionfree were carried over to it, I got an error saying my email did not exist or was deactivated. Likewise my username does not exist, so I have no idea what credentials will enable access to the board assuming it was not outright deleted, and hopefully have it restored if that was the case.

I used this new account to log in to the tapatalk, and have an option under "Forum Owner" to "Activate Tapatalk". Does this indicate it recognizes me as the forum owner of forum back when it was invisionfree? Clicking this takes me to a form to fill out information like site name, but does not show any of my old site information filled out in advance. Is there a part in this process that retrieves/reactivates the migrated content, or will finishing this complicate retrieval if any is available? If this does not restore the old forums posts and etc, what is my next course of action?

Thank you for your assistance.

By the way, you can access the forum under the Tapatalk URL if you'd like to start and get settled.

Looks like the technical team has fixed most of the problems (or the migration is just a slow multi-day process and getting closer to finishing).
Our forum appears to be online and in tact, though I'm not yet able to log in. I keep getting "Not Found The requested URL /auth.php was not found on this server." when I click to log in, though to my knowledge I've yet to do anything to update my login credentials to work with the new platform.

I'm guessing this is just another part of the slow migration process but I figure it cant hurt to add this new issue just in case.

It's a huge relief to see the posts and etc in tact in the mean time.

Update:

Im getting this message after clicking the customize button:

We've upgraded!

Your Tapatalk Site Owner account is created before 2017-08-01 and we have since upgraded to the new, streamlined Tapatalk ID system. If you need a Tapatalk ID you can create one now by clicking the Sign Up link. If you have a Tapatalk ID, please click the Log In button to continue.

After clicking the Log In With Tapatalk ID button I get this:

Your Tapatalk ID has already connected to another Site Owner account. Do you want to switch the connection to this account?

I have the tapatalk ID I made to log in here, and I am currently logged in on our migrated forum using the old login credentials (which started to work after the board came back up). I have not connected the two yet, I imagine saying yes will link these two accounts but Im not sure whats going on with this other Site Owner account, unless trying to activate the forum back when the "group was missing" created a separate forum even though I didn't finish filling any forms out. Linking the two wont cause any problems will it?

A few more things were fixed over the weekend. Are you still experiencing any problems now?

My Tapatalk account seems to already think it's attached to the ownership of another forum, perhaps when I tried to log in while it was missing it created a new board and claimed ownership of that one and wants to know if it's okay to switch/link to my account on the newly migrated forums. Just want to make sure before I switch that it won't mess anything up.

By all means, click yes. You won't mess anything up, I promise.

Then next time when you want to use the other forum again, it will ask you again, and you can switch again. I do it all the time between my boards :)
