Once again, a new member is trying to apply and cannot get in! I've already lost a couple people beacuse they gave up. tapatalk needs to simplify things and get their act together. I am getting tired of this. Free or not, things should be workable.:/

She said everytime she logs on Tapatalk says wrong password... 

Please advise!

Did she try resetting her password? 
Are you the site admin? Were you able to help her to reset the password?

I don't believe she did and I have not helped her. I can suggest she try to reset. But why isn't her password going through is the question. Thanks Howdy :)

Make sure she's logging in using existing forum account.

Has she managed to get in at all Doreene?
You have two inactive users (besides me), one of whom hasn't posted anything. Are they supposed to be  inactive?

I went in and activated "leaster". Does this mean her passwprd will be accepted? I don't get the connection... And I never received a notification that a new member had applied. So I am confused. The other one "blueslite" is deactivated. Are those the two you are talking about Skwerl?

That is why she could not log in. If your board is set for members to be activated by admin, then they will not be able to log in until you activate their account.
The notifications are definitely being sent (I just got one a few minutes ago for one of my boards)
Check your spam folder.

Yes, I realize that now. But the notifications are not as clear as they use to be with yuku. Thank you Chris. :)
