John Hannah was a guest on The One Show this evening.  This programme is a light entertainment/news/magazine/chat show shown at 7pm on week days.  If you can, you can watch it here - http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/ - type The One Show in the search box in the top right of the site.
Tonight's programme wasn't loaded when I last looked about a minute ago, but it'll probably be up tomorrow.

Cheers!

Sorry you couldn't watch the ep.  There is a clip on YouTube of him swearing, accidently of course.   Pretty funny.

It was good to see him. Even if he did say something slightly naughty that the BBC will no doubt, slap his wrists for. I laughed

Did he say the word 'b*ll*cks'? It was quite hard to catch. Still funny though.
Yeah, folk can get quite bent out of shape when there's swearing on live tv.

Thought that was the word. Funny as! He was very embarrassed. Bless! All things considered though, he could have said worse but I guess because it was before the watershed, they have to be quick with the saying of the sorry.
He comes across as an incredibly nice man though, which of course I'm sure he is.
I've always loved his work.

Watching this clip reminds me of how fascinating I find it that actors can mask their natural accent so well!

^^ It's a great skill for sure. The best example of this I can think of is James Marsters who played Spike in Buffy: The Vampire Slayer. He played the role with a British accent so good that I actually thought he was British. Imagine my surprise when I watched him being interviewed in his native tongue and of course LL masking her Kiwi 'twang' in Xena. Talented lot!
