I can't help it if a bear gets into our backyard or trash. xD They do that. He's pooped in our front yard before. xP

I can see them now: "Why didn't you wrestle it to the ground and force it out?"

That sounds about right, I agree! xD

On the plus side, I should be out of here soon. June 21, I go in at 11:30 AM for testing to become a deputy sheriff trainee! They will have me take a written test, and if I pass, I'll be in a 19 week training program, and then become a deputy sheriff trainee. I'll have a job, and maybe be able to finally move out for good.

Oh my God...

The real estate prices out here where I live are outrageous. All my neighbors are moving out, but they wanna buttf*ck any potential homeowner on the prices. For example:

A cottage, built in 1909 C.E. that's 984 square feet, 2 car detached garage (not part of that sq. ft.) on a lot/yard of 0.27 acres, no pool, nothing else, no fireplace or dining room, 2 bedrooms, only 1 bathroom, no study, den, etc. The lot and house face North, there's a "power sub-station" 2 doors down disguised to look like a house a' la "King of the Hill", though this one is poorly done, and for this cute little cottage, the owner wants...

*fanfare*

$579,000

I sh*t you not...we don't even have a good school district.

I still hope I can still afford a place soon.

The only thing I could potentially afford is a condo on the edge of town, 988 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 2 deeded parking spaces, balcony AND front patio, community pool, green-space, and clubhouse, communal coin-op laundry, BUSY corner, on the main boulevard. HOA dues typically go for $340/month (not too bad).

They want $280,000 for it but maybe I could negotiate for less...

Simple. Kill them and take the house for yourself.

The occupants are pretty well armed, so easier said than done. ;)

Thursday morning, 11:30 AM, PST, I'll be going to the testing center for the L.A. County Sheriff's written exam. I hope I pass it, and the other tests later on. I really need this job. I'm nervous, scared, but hopeful for the best results. If I pass this test and the physical test, and oral interview, I'll be going for a 19 week training course, and then I'll be a Deputy Sheriff Trainee...it's a paid position. No "peace officer" volunteer B.S.

I passed my Sheriff's written exam! 51 points out of possible 60 (36 points minimum needed to pass). On July 31, I go in for the formal interview and polygraph test. I did it, though, I'm so happy!
