Did some tidying of my craft room and found lots of blank cards and envelopes I had forgotten I had! Also looked through all the mini books I'd made over the years. Thanks Jennie for the great designs - interesting to see how different all the books are. Now keen to make another mini book.

good to find cards Margaret as it means you can buy stamps instead at your next shop. always good to look through your collection of art -I often look at the ATCs I have collected -in the current folder at least.
Hope you got some cards done Becky. Yesterday I made soup and did some sewing and in the evenong I finished my current pair of socks.
Today have been line dancing and we did 3 new dances -got the grey matter working as well as the feet. Have been weaving this afternoon but now having a cup of tea. Out later to have a Chinese take away with my parents for my birthday

Went to Art Group this afternoon but started to flag an hour before the end of the session so came home early.  So nice that it wasn't pitch black - the year seems to be turning faster already!  I've just realised that a friend has a big birthday at the weekend so this evening will mostly be spent making a card for her and if I have time a couple more cards to keep in stock.  It will make a nice change to be making cards using craft techniques instead of printing off a painting, although I think some painting might be involved.......!
Vonny I am exhausted reading about your day - you are definitely one fit lady!
Margaret it must be wonderful to have all your craft goodies, stash and makes to hand again - you must constantly be finding something new to inspire you or to play with.
Becky I don't know where you find the time to do all that you do!
Are you all ready for the new PaperArtsy stamps and paints?  My purse has started to groan in anticipation ......................!

Just watched Tim Holtz showing his new Sizzix sets - the travel one is lovely with a tiny suitcase and globe. I could be tempted once they reach the UK. Tim said they are being shipped today!  When are the new PaperArtsy stamps going on sale? I love Alison's sentiment sets which Jennie previewed recently.

Glad you enjoyed your workshop Becky - that is a super die. I used it at one of Jennie's workshops.  I was wondering if you could use it with a Cuttlebug. Does anyone know?

It says on the PaperArtsy website that the new stamps are coming out on the 18 January.

Managed to make a birthday card this week and tried out a new technique which I saw on a blog - it's always fun to have a play! Hope you all have a good weekend - it's windy here today and the forecast is for gales tomorrow.

Looks like our grotty weather is catching up with you Margaret!

Your workshop sounded fun Becky.  I'm a little bit envious.  I do like Brenda Brown's work generally

I'm at home this weekend so having done the housework I shall watch Spiral and then do something creative.

Keep warm and dry everyone xx
