That's not a good idea. It's because of those bots that the site would show up on search engines. It makes little sense to wipe them out.
Then may I ask, what you all propose?

I was planning on making a topic for requesting Snobow Kids Plus videos. I had the idea that the only way to submit a request to me would be to sign up here at the forums and post the request in the topic. It would certainly get the forums more attenion.
I met a man once with a dirty hardhat, a pickaxe and a bucket full of coal. He also had overalls and a plaid shirt, a scruffy beard and thick steel toe boots.

But those are just miner details.

Ahh, that sounds like a good idea. I tried doing that, but I couldn't upload the video. I think people signing up to get a request for a video will definately bring in more members.

I say go for it! :jamdsgood:

I'm still checking back to the forum on a daily basis, but I haven't seen any real activity as of late.

I'm assuming everything on the series has pretty much been talked to death by now, and with the lack of a distinctive SBK game coming out in the near future, I am not foreseeing a bright future for this forum or for the franchise as a whole.

I will probably leave the forums up, for the sake of the forum still keeping true to the SBK series, but I believe that is all that I will be able to do, especially considering the lack of activity here, or further interest in the series.

I just had an idea, seeing as there's not going to be a new SBK game anytime soon, why not actually make our own SBK game using an RPG builder or something like that. I don't have any experience with those things, but I could help out with a story idea or something.

Not a bad idea, but I can tell you that none of the console rpgmakers are versatile enough to do something flexible like that.

Uh, I meant a PC RPG maker. I only suggested that idea because there used to be some old ideas on these forums about someone was going to make an RPG for Snowboard Kids.

I hate to shoot down the idea, but like Linda said, "Just because they'll join, dosen't mean they'll stay."

I mean, only a small to moderate sized group of us stay loyal to the forums and post here at least once a week. The rest are inactive members, banned members, and spam bots. So unless a new SBK game is announced, or everyone else becomes interested with the series again. We're not going to get much activity here.

But hey, don't let that get you down. I'm more than positive the forums will bounce back sooner or later.

BTW, are there any RPG buliders that are easy to use, and are very flexible as in you could make a lot features? Because if there is, I might give it a shot. But it probably suck though. :bradthinking:

Yeah, I know they'll probably say "We do not have any plans on the Snowboard Kids Franchise as of late. Thank you.", but, meh, it's worth a shot.

                                    Dear sir or madam,

I am a loyal fan to your Snowboard Kids fanchise, ever since it was first released on the Nintendo 64 in 1997. I have played the both sequels, Snowboard Kids 2, also on the N64, and SBK: Snowboard Kids, on the Nintendo DS. I have even managed to play the original's Japan-only upgrade, Snowbo Kids Plus, found on the Playstation. I have been pondering on the topic if there is a new game for the series. I actually have some ideas I have created for the series. I would greatly appreciate if your company were to announce a new entry into the Snowboard Kids franchise.

                                    Thank you.

I sent it to service@atlus.com. Is that the appropiate address to send it to?

Racjin is based in Japan, I'm not sure they have a translator for English to Japanese.

If you can get in contact with them, that would be great though.

Guys, I just got a letter from Atlus.
                                            Hi Morgan,

There have no been no official announcements of another SBK game at this time, however there is always the possibility that another game may be developed in the future. Be sure to check out our official website from time to time to keep updated on all of Atlus’ newest release announcements.

Yeah, it's horrible that they won't be making a sequel anytime soon. I'm going to be taken video game courses soon (i know a little about it) if i learn anything that can help i can try to design a sbk game (i've been wanting to design a sequel for a long time) but that is far off.

Just curious, does Atlus know about the boards here? What ideas were sent to them?

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter. i've sent ideas before and i've gotten the same response. they can't accept fan ideas, only members of atlus can make the game. they might know about the board though. it seems pretty big.

PP: Probably not. And I didn't send them the ideas once I learned they do not take in fan made ideas.

Jocelyn: Once again, Atlus probably have little knowledge of this place. Also it's not actually a big place here. Read my post corresponding to GeckoPwns to see what I mean.

Looks like I'll have to someway contact Racjin somehow. I might be able to get my message translated somehow, but that will be difficult.
