I was thinking of making compilations of these requests to post them on DA from time to time actually

All of your drawings are very nice, Veertje. I got a major kick out of Baby Linda with a cellphone. ^^;; Also seeing Soniro getting owned by Linda and Nancy is just hilarous. And of course, I love the image of Tommy snuggling Nancy, so cute!!

I do lurk your gallery on deviantART whenever I get on mines. You are a very talented artist, and it's good to see someone who still draws the SBK cast.

Well, I thought if Brad was included in SBK 1/2/+, he would be twins with Linda, since in SBK 2/+ they're all ten years old. (If so, we made need to continue this disscusion about the kids' ages in another topic).

Linda Maltinie requested a picture named 'Linda's Summer Home'



It took me quite some time to actually come up WITH an idea for this one (composition, color choice, pose choice etc.) so I spend a lot of time, re-reading the request and looking up references for ideas. Eventually this is what came out.

I left out and/or edited some things said in the request, since I thought doing so would eventually make the picture look better. For example, I didn't include trees and gardens, since it would act as a distraction or fill the picture up TOO much.

Another thing is that I cannot draw realistic and/or detailed backgrounds even if my life would depend on it. But I can always practice and therefore, I am VERY grateful for this request, since it was a real challenge for me The stone wall is my best accomplishment if I do say so myself Specially since the urge to use filters was very tempting.
