This topic is for future references for those who are curious as to how to play Snobow Kids Plus on their ePSXe Emulator or can't seem to figure it out. Do note that this topic is NOT about how to get the Snobow Kids Plus game!

[PLAYING IT WITH THE EPSXE EMULATOR]

In order to play Snobow Kids Plus on ePSXe, you would need the following:
- Snobow Kids Plus, either the PS video game or the ROM which contain the files "snowkids.bin" and "snowkids.cue".
- ePSXe 1.6.0 Emulator.
- The PlayStation BIOS, SCPH1001.bin. Other BIOS work just as well and you can find them by using Google.
- Plugins. I recommend Pete's D3D Driver 1.75, ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2, and ePSXe CDR APSI core 1.5.2.
- A fast computer, this game crashes on my computer. ^^;;

Trust me, setting up your ePSXe Emulator to play SBK+ isn't that hard at all!

The BIOS file you have downloaded would go under the "bios" folder in ePSXe. Any plugins that you have downloaded would go under the "plugins" folder in ePSXe. Make sure that they are extracted by using a ZIP extraction program such as WinZIP, WinRAR, or etc. Then after you have extracted ePSXe 1.6.0 onto your harddrive, run it. Then click on "Config" and "Wizard Guide", and click on "Config >>" to skip this part.



Now you have to setup the BIOS. Select "scph1000 - JAP" or any BIOS that you have downloaded so far. Then click on "Next >>". Now you have to configure the video. I personally use "Pete's D3D Driver 1.75" because the graphics show up nicely. Then click on "Next >>".



Now you have to configure the sound. I personally use "ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2" because the sound is decent. Then click on "Next >>". Now you have to configure the CD-Rom. I personally use "ePSXe CDR APSI core 1.5.2" because it's decent. Then click on "Config".



Now configure it where it would select your CD-Rom drive and uncheck all of the boxes. Then click on "OK" afterwards. Now you have to configure your controllers. You can use your keyboard, gamepad, or a USB controller. Whatever suits your preference! Then click on "Next >>".



Click on "Done" to finish setting up the configurations!

Now there is one last step before you can start playing Snobow Kids! If you are using the ROM of Snobow Kids Plus, then what you do is that you click on "File" and "Run ISO". And then locate the "snowkids.bin" file, or whatever the filename is for Snobow Kids Plus, and "Open" it for it to play it!



But if you are using the official PS game or a burned game of Snobow Kids Plus, then what you do is that you click on "File" and "Run CDROM". It would automatically play the game that is in your CD-Rom drive!



Congratulations! You can now play Snobow Kids Plus!

Do note that you can also play Snobow Kids Plus on your PlayStation! But you would need the Snobow Kids Plus ROM which contain the files "snowkids.bin" and "snowkids.cue". And you would have to have a CD-R, Nero Burning ROM, and a PlayStation system that can play burn/back-up CDs. Such as a modded PS or if you are using a Game Enhancer like I do. ^^;; Nothing beats playing Snobow Kids Plus on TV!:

[SNOBOW KIDS PLUS - CHEATS]

Here are all of the cheats in Snobow Kids Plus!:

[HOW TO UNLOCK KAEDE]
- You must earn 1st Place in the "Nippon Cha-Cha-Cha / Zipang Zipang" Course with any character.

[HOW TO UNLOCK SINOBIN]
- You must earn 1st Place in the "Nippon Cha-Cha-Cha / Zipang Zipang" Course by using Kaede.

[HOW TO UNLOCK "SARA-SARA TANI / QUICKSAND VALLEY"]
- Earn 1st Place in all of the six Courses which can be played from the beginning of Battle Race mode. Then you should unlock the secret Course, "Sara-Sara Tani / Quicksand Valley". After completeing that Course with 1st Place, you can unlock 3 more secret Courses.

[HOW TO UNLOCK ALL CHARACTERS]
- At the title screen, press L1, R1, R2, L2, L1, R1, R2, L2, and then Select.

[HOW TO UNLOCK ALL COURSES]
- At the title screen, press Up, Down, Left, Right, L2 ten times, R2 ten times, and then Select.

[HOW TO UNLOCK ALL BOARDS]
- At the title screen, press Left, Up, Right, Down, Up three times, Down three times, and then Select.

[GAMESHARK CODES]
- 80120EAC-270F = Start Race with 9999 coins.
- 801217D0-0003 = Infinite Weapons (not special attacks).

[KAEDE'S TRICKS]
Here are all of Kaede's Tricks:
- Kaede Spin = While pushing the (X) button, press Right, Left, Right, and then release the (X) button.
- Kaede Super Spin = While pushing the (X) button, press Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, and then release the (X) button.
- Kaede Super Backturn = While pushing the (X) button, press Up, Left, Down, Right, and then release the (X) button.
- Ultra Kaede = While pushing the (X) button, press Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, and then release the (X) button.

[SINOBIN'S TRICKS]
Here are all of Sinobin's Tricks:
- Sinobin Spin = While pushing the (X) button, press Right, Left, Right, and then release the (X) button.
- Sinobin Super Spin = While pushing the (X) button, press the Right directional key clockwise by two rotations, then push Right, and then release the (X) button.
- Sinobin Backspin = While pushing the (X) button, press the Up directional key clockwise by two rotations, then push Up, and then release the (X) button.
- Hyper Sinobin = While pushing the (X) button, push Left, Up, Right, Down, and then release the (X) button.

[I have to test out these Tricks later to see if my translation is correct or if anyone is willing to confirm them, go ahead! ^^;; ]

Thanks for contributing, Sarahsuke! It's a good thing that you brought it up. =) Of course, when I played SBK+, I had to use those cheat codes. ^^;;

OK, this topic has changed from being "how to play it" into "let's post up cheats for it". ^^;; I'm going to make another topic about this for the cheats for Snobow Kids Plus.

I apologise for posting in a dead topic, but I found out that if you activate the 'All Courses' cheat and go to the options menu and select the Event Viewer, the kids' endings and Opening movie plus the staff credits should be available.

However, If you want to View Sinobin or Kaede's ending, you will need to activate the 'All Characters' cheat as well.
