Snowboard Kids World is 10 years old today (September 2nd). Happy Birthday to us!

Here are some fun facts about the last 10 years:

• The first ever post, an appeal for staff members, was made on September 2nd 2004. It's not particularly interesting, but here is an (edited) snapshot.
• The most posts ever made in one day was 191 on November 6th, 2005
• Unsurprisingly, the Countdown from 9,999 thread has the highest number of replies of any thread on the forums with over 1500, although Veertje's fan-art request thread has the most views with over 20000! Linda's now archived "Ask Ms. Maltinie" thread also deserves a special mention for it's popularity from 2006-2007.
• The forums have had three different looks over the years. Nothing seems to have survived from the original theme, but archive.org shows the old angsty SBKDS theme

That all said, statistics alone don't really do justice to all the enthusiasm and kindness our members have shown over the years. Thank you all for your part in it.

The heyday of the SBK community may be behind us, but Snow Town is always open if you ever feel like dropping by.
