You mean the cartoon physics, insane courses (where will they race next?!) sort of thing? I'd personally think it would be awesome to see it resurface in the style of its old incarnations. Might dust off that old N64 during the winter holidays.

That's precisely what I mean, even if it were just a remake of the originals with some updated features, I'd still play it.
