Or friend Raichu has uploaded the links to the ROM of SBK+ and the emulator (complete with plugins and bios) in her journal on LINK REMOVED

    This is your big chance!

(Note: If this is against the forum rules, I'll lock and pit it.)

See the security code on the upper right of the page? Enter the letters that it says into the box. You may have to do it twice before it starts downloading.

As for the emulator, the link can be found in one of the comments. I believe you'll have to do the same on that page as well.

Where did you download the emulator? If you Googled it and downoloaded it somewhere else, then it wouldn't have the plugins. Do you have the bios?

Anyway, to get the video plugins, Google 'epsxe video plugins' then choose either the first or second choice (I can't remember which) then once on the site, choose the option that reads 'Pete's Video Plugins' (Can't remember it exactly what it's called) after the downloading the plugins, move them to the plugins folder of the emulator. You should now have them.

Don't bother looking for audio and CD-ROM plugins as they come with the emulator as far as I know.

ok, i figured out most of the stuff but there are some bugs I need to work out.

                                1. Its like the gameplay has been perpetually fast forwarded

                                2. The courses do not play music but everything else does

                                3. How do I save the game?

If this is important I click Run ISO, it works perfectly save for the problems above.

I remember there's a framerate option, which I recommend in the 40-60 range, or use the game's natural rate. I know there's an option for that.

Yeah, like Graal said, you'll need to slow it down by either clicking the 'Nice' setting in the video configuration, or set up the framerate your self.
                                    2. The courses do not play music but everything else does
You will probably have to tinker around with the sound until you get it.
How do I save the game?
Go to 'File', then choose 'Run BIOS' this will take you to it's memory system. After doing this I was able to save the game without losing the data.

So, now that you've played it, what do you actually think of it? Sorry If I sound eager, I just want to know about other people's view on this game.

aside from those problems, everything seems to be pretty good. I have some trouble doing tricks but I guess thats just because I played SBK2 much more often.

I just beaten the game with Slash and as far as I'm concerned, SBK+ is no doubt an awesome game! I loved the cutscenes and credits screenshots.
