Hmm, here's a something you might need alot of creativity for: What do you think the kids will grow up to be like when they grow into adults, like jobs, relationships, etc.?

I might post my assumption on them later, but I'm curious to your interpretation first. :nancypurr:

Hey, I've actually given this some thought years ago. Let's see if I can still remember what I thought up of.

Nancy seems to be the type that grows to be in the educational business like a teacher or a kindergarten lady. I can see her sitting on a chair and tell stories to children for example.

Linda would probably grow up to take over the family business and be a business lady, always making phonecalls and attending important meetings and stuff like that.

I pictured Jam going further into the music business, like a career as a hiphop singer or maybe having his own radio show where he talks about the latest music and all other things hip.

Tommy was a tough one, but I had the idea that (since he loves food) he would do something in the food industry, like starting a restaurant.

Wendy would ofcourse be continuing her inventor's career and maybe invent some things that would make her famous or earn her a high status in the science milieu.

Lastly, I think Slash would be the only kid who'd continue to make snowboarding his future, going into the world championship of sports and coming on tv and stuff like that.

Relationships... I haven't given much thought. I tend to steer clear of the shipping business most of the time since it could poke some people in the wrong eye so to speak, but I guess I can tell people my ideas if they'd like to know.

But first, what are your ideas on these kids' future business? :nancydshappy:

Hmm, your suggestion actually sounds close to what I've had in mind with my own idea's of their futures:

Slash: Probably continue his snowboarding hobbies into professionalism, and actually gets his diploma.

Nancy: Also probably into most likely doing a kindergarten teacher job or education, but I assume the former because of her kindness.

Jam: Becomes the next Will Smith of this generation with his rap albums before he stars in a hit comedy show 'Raving and Rapping.'

Tommy: Probably takes up as the owner of a classy restaurant, though I believe he might take over his father's restaurant, since I believe in SBK2's Snowboard Street course near the end there's a house that says 'Tommy's burger'. Probably hinting at that his family owns one. (Might explain how he gets his hands on so many hamburgers per day)

Linda: Like your idea also most likely take over her father's company and attend important meetings, though I believe she still keeps snowboarding as a hobby.

Nicole: Also probably ends up taking over her father's company, but also becomes on more firendlier terms with Linda, despite their rivalry still going on.

Pamela: Goes on to become a further successfull actress with more than 50 roles under her belt.

Ruby: Becomes either a bodybuilder or on a stunting show called 'Muscled Macho's.' Easy enough for me to guess.

Wendy: Like you suggested probably goes to make a great invention, as long as it isn't a time machine, as messing with time always goes bad.

Damien: Him I can't be certain. He is a demon, after all, and I doubt there are many normal careers on Earth where a demon might be accepted. Though the best I assume is that he eventually mellows out on his antics and becomes more friendlier towards the kids.

As for relations, and boy, I sure hope I don't get the flames on me for saying this, (I don't take them seriously anyway), but I think Slash and Linda might have one with each other at some point. They always bicker endlessly, but as they are rivals of each other on the snowboarding part, they might respect each other somewhat as a result. As for others the only ones SBK2 slightly hints to is that Jam and Wendy are seen talking to each other in Snow Town in the Story Mode when not playing as either of them, and a heart shows on Jam's head sometimes.
That, and the Ice Land intro of Damien apparently liking Nancy as he seems happy that she notices him, but is deeply depressed when being revealed it was meant towards Jam and Wendy approaching.

Hahaha, I guess minds of a fandom do seem to think alike :lindalaugh: I actually remembered I once had an idea of making a comic of sorts where Nancy is in story mode to the kids in her school and tells stories about her friends and days of old. Then eventually decides to take a trip down memory lane and goes back to Snow Town for a final trip down the slopes. Coincidentally, most of her friends though the same thing and lo and behold, Snowboard.... Teens? for one final time, haha.

Cool to read your thoughts on the SBK+ kids as well. I only went as far as SBK2.

And your ideas on relationships do seem to make sense to me. That thing where Jam and Wendy are chatting and Jam gets a heart over his head suggests that there is something blooming between the two of them. But there have been so much conflict and bickering over who loves who on this forum that talking about 'shipping' seems a little risky.

Here's another question: Which kind of anime or cartoons are you a big fan of? I know you're a big fan of the anime/manga One Piece, but are there any others that draw your interest?

One Piece is one of my favourite anime, yes. Others are Rockman.EXE (Megaman NT Warrior as it is called outside Japan), Ganbare Goemon, Pokemon, Cyborg 009 (a real oldie), Yatterman (another oldie) and a very new one called Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt (what's in a name, huh?)

Hmm, I never heard of that newest one. Could you perhaps give a brief summary of what Panty and Sotckings with Garterbelt's about?

It's a very wrong anime, actually, in the sense that it's littered with sexual innuendo and gags. Drawn in a bit of Powerpuff Girl-style, so it's very cartoony.

The story is about two angel sisters Panty and Stocking who are cast out of heaven because they were misbehaving. In order to redeem their place, they must defeat ghosts and evil spirits on earth to earn Heaven Coins. The only problem is that the two girls are not in the least bit interested in doing good deeds; they rather go out and have fun.

The most unusual part about it is that they use panties and stockings to fight the monsters, which respectively turn into a gun and a pair of katana.

Hmm, sounds interesting, I might check that out sometime, though the idea of collecting coins for redemption sounds weird. Will they get a new human life if they get 100? :damienevil:

I honestly have no idea what will happen or if they even get back to heaven in the first place. The anime is random, crazy and all sorts of things happen that will either make you slap your face in embarrassment or laugh out loud, possibly both.

Hmm... let's see...here's another one that I don't often see on many Q&A topics myself: Do you often take at heart the morals or life lessons you see in certain anime or game plots and learn from them?

And I'm working now on my own Q&A thread, seeing yours being so active.
