There is no any strict rules how to writte in interslavic. Strict rules in this point are far beyond knowleadge of average-ordinary user.

All is about: 1-using comon words (do not matter if krova or krava) and omitting regional variants.
2-using some common gramar rules and omiting regional variants.

So, just little bit moderate yours own language to the point to be better understand by others. That is it.

Of course, we have developed some "Gramar rules + vocabulary" but it is only guider, not stone.

If I would have to follow every rules for 100% I havent been able to write anything.

Both are okay. I'd also rather use mysliti myself though. In my view, mněti is more like "to think, to believe, to have a certain opinion".
Človeku, ktoromu je trudno s soboju samim, verojetno to? bude trudno s vsim inim.

In our legal MS, we use "mněti" for formal, legal way of stating "I have an opinion" - in English, the legal word-form is:
"to opine" - which is never (rarely) used in day to day speech or writing.
FWIW
Please consider 3 levels of "tests" for word formulation:

1. Logical, Analytical or Commonly Slavic
2. That it "makes sense" - to the people (not just the creators) - "will the people both accept & use it?"

3. Avoid "conflicts"
