Just wanted to give everyone a head's up that a new batch of Chef Ralph's Super Seasoning arrived today, just in case your supply is running low. It might not make you shoot any better, but it does help make all kinds of wild game, fish and other stuff taste pretty good. At my last cooking demo at San Antonio's Bass Pro Shops, I gave away more than 100 "Drunken Meatball" sandwiches seasoned with Chef Ralph's in less than 90 minutes. Let me know if you need any more Chef Ralph's or game recipes. Thanks.

Do you ever come to the Grapevine Bass Pro Shops? My husband wants some Chef Ralph's Super Seasoning. Can we get some by mail? Thanks

Glad your husband likes the seasoning!
I don't have any contacts at the Grapevine Bass Pro Shops, but I have conducted several cooking seminars at the San Antonio Bass Pro Shops (the next ones are Aug. 9-10).
If you would like me to mail the seasoning to you, the cost is $4.00 per 8-ounce bottle, plus $1.75 shiping and handling. If you would like to buy a case of 12 bottles (they make wonderful gifts) the cost is $40.00 per case, plus $10.00 shipping and handling.
You can mail a check or money order to me at:

Thanks and let's get cooking!

Chef Ralph,

Do you have a website that "showcase" your seasoning products? I would like to order some based on what I have read from others that have tried it.
Do you only have one "all purpose" seasoning or a variety.

Razorback,

Sorry to be so late responding, but I have been out hunting for the holidays.
I have the one seasoning, Chef Ralph's Super Seasoning, that works on everything from meats, fish, vegetables, popcorn and even on the edge of a margarita glass or in a Bloody Mary. When the seasoning works on everything, you don't need more selections.
I also have published two award winning cookbooks: "The Campfire Chef -- Old Boots and Bacon Grease" and "Revenge of Old Boots and Bacon Grease." They have about 100 recipes each (wild game, fish, sides and desserts), plus a lot of good outdoor stories.
If you are interested in trying the seasoning or checking out the cookbooks, just contact me at rwiningham@juno.com.
Thanks and Happy New Year!
