Just thought I would take a pic of the after effects of cleaning, battery change, new crystal, and gaskets. It really brought it back to life. Yeah, yeah.... it is a goldtone dial a bezel. The original two tone bracelet which is going in the parts bin for awhile was fugly and uncomfortable IMO. However, this desert sands zulu compliments and makes it fun and comfortable to wear.

Could you tell a new guy where you got the zulu strap?

First of all the best place to get em is from here on the trading forum. Keep watching and they come up almost every other day. I bought mine brand new from the TF. It was a fellow forumer liquidating unused straps from his parts drawer.

If you want to go online I recommend to check out:

http://countycomm.com/zulu.htm

This has the whole Maratac Zulu lineup. There are many strap sellers online who sell these. Use google or the search engine at the top of the page to digup others.

I hope this helps.

RobM
