How many times can the Eco-Drive system in Citizen Mission Antarctica be recharged? Does the rechargable battery have a limitted life span? Can the battery be charged only a limited number of times? Will partial charging ruin the battery life?

The manganese titanium lithuim ion rechargeable battery used in the Eco Drive watches have a life of about 40 years. Even after 20 years, they will maintain 80% of their capacity.

They are not affected by partial discharge and charge. They have a duty rate of 500 complete charges (completely depleted to full charge) so there is no need for worry at all about the life of the battery.

There are a number of different types of these batteries used in Eco Drives. Your particular type has a spot welded tab that connects to particular points on the ciruit to ensure proper contact is made.
