Interesting piece.  Shame it is just an AG3 coin though.  The 4 in the date appears to be struck over something and the 1 appears slightly doubled.  Have you posed this question to Gerry Fortin yet?  He is busy but is the go-to person regardless.

The mintmark position [mm Rt,H], and the oblique angle (weak at the bottom, strong on top)
seems to be a match for Reverse A, which is only known for F-101 in various die states.
I'm not sure if the 1 or 4 are repunched - best to look at it with a stereo microscope to see if that is debris, damage, etc.
