Three divisions of 6 could look like this. Central and East do crossovers in Week 2 and Week 8. West could arrange to schedule with MSAC teams in Week 2 and Week 8. MSAC consists of Merrill, Breckenridge, Vestaburg, Carson City-Crystal, Coleman, and Montabella.

Millington 390
Carrollton 504
Frankenmuth 549
Birch Run 552
Garber 576
Bridgeport 618

Hemlock 374
Standish-Sterling 494
Bullock Creek 555
Swan Valley 573
Freeland 584
Alma 643

Nouvel 180
MLS 193
St. Charles 282
Valley Lutheran 323
St. Louis 331
Ithaca 388

Hemlock would be one "No" vote on that realignment. They just got out of Central because other schools were bigger, they couldn't compete. And their enrollment has dropped since then.

If anything it seems like Ithaca should be the candidate to "move up" to a larger division, especially over Hemlock.

The more I look at this it almost seems like Alma is the outlier right now when talking distance.  The East teams are all comfortable with each other, only thing is possibly Millinton's enrollment for the future from what I have heard.  If the East stayed together and pulled in a few teams from the Central it would be a pretty decent setup

Frankenmuth
Birch Run
Garber
Bridgeport
Carrollton
Swan Valley
Bullock Creek
Freeland
Millington (enrollment)
Standish Sterling

That leaves out Alma as the not really close to anyone or other option would be to swap out Millington for them but not sure that fits geographically either.

Look for some changes to the WWAC and downriver league in 2019-2020, They can't help themselves but it is slowly meandering back to the MEGA

Yeah, I figured Ithaca or Hemlock. I'm sure something ridiculous will happen though as the TVC doesn't do "simple" haha

This could be another option, but not sure Millington would want to part with the East schools especially since this wouldn't allow them to schedule any of them for non conference games either. This would leave you with lots of travel which the TVC is already doing anyway.

Any rumors on schools who might apply to get in? I always hear Ogemaw Heights thrown around, but I just don't see that happening.
