His comprehensive site remains at League Lineup.

My domain name has changed. Information from 2016 to now is now posted at http://oaafootball.timstats.net. I'll be posting my computer ratings (Wilson & FACT) there.

I would not be exactly quoting Detroit News as they have Belleville preseason #1.  State Champs had A2 Skyline ranked #1 in boys basketball after Clarkston lost to Detroit East English and how did that turn out?  Belleville still has to beat someone noteworthy to earn that rating or at least went far in state tourney or came close to the state champs or knock off someone good with a lot of tradition in the state tournament, something that I do believe that they've never ever done.  I am a prove on the field type of person.

Week 1 OAA Alpha-Omega Rankings

http://oaafootball.timstats.net/info.ph ... lpha-omega

Week 1 rankings tend to be very preliminary.  The numbers slowly take shape over the next two weeks as teams begin league and crossover play. Based on my tie-breaking criteria, Bloomfield Hills was given the top spot this week from the field of 14 undefeated OAA teams. Home and home-designated teams were particularly dominant in week 1 with the home team advantage being +13.6 points. For the six OAA crossovers played this past week, the average margin of victory was 19 2/3.

§ Week 2 OAA Alpha-Omega Rankings
http://oaafootball.timstats.net/info.ph ... lpha-omega

Once again, these ratings are still preliminary. Come next week, ratings should start to stabilize more as teams play more division games and the OAA Red and White teams cross over. Avondale has the top spot for now, but that will change as teams immerse themselves in league play for the next several weeks. The home team advantage dropped to +7.2 points.

In intra-OAA play, Southfield A&T is the top FACT-rated team, and the average margin of victory for divisional games and crossovers is slightly above 20½ points (just shy of 3 touchdowns).

§ Week 3 OAA Alpha-Omega Rankings
http://oaafootball.timstats.net/info.ph ... lpha-omega

Clarkston is the top team in both systems this week. With the large number of blowouts so far, the overall home team advantage has increased to +11.6 points and the average intra-OAA margin of victory slightly increased to 20.93 points.
