to communicate with the coaches, as does every other coach that helps organize these meets. It sometimes becomes difficult to be patient. Head coaches should take care of communicating these things after they receive the info. I'm sorry it came of as rude, but make no mistake, it was intended to be terse.

As a coach who has recently started hosting meets, I can agree with Chris' point of view. Each coaching staff that host a meet try extremely hard to get necessary information to participating coaches. Some coaches just like to circumvent the system in place or feel like the rules don't apply to them. So no, there shouldn't be any praise, a swift kick was needed and applied end of story. At least once a week on this board, some poor soul ask a question they think is valid. Only to be blasted for not researching the answer themselves. if yah don't want to be chastised then do the leg work yourself.
