Heborne, in the back of the book he has a list of a bunch
of PGA and LPGA players who where asked - how do you start your downswing?
There a p*** load of different awnsers.

So are these players all doing the same thing on the DS but it
fells diferent for each player, or are there a p*** load of
ways to start the DS correctly?

I don't have the book so I don't know which pros said what but I've never seen a tour pro (PGA or LPGA) that does not start the downswing with their lower body.

Tiger was on Academy Live once and unlike most tour pros gave a very complete answer to a question that addresseed his feel but also the reality so that no ams would be misled. He was talking about a 'soft hands' shot that Butch wanted him to hit to reduce his backspin on short shots so that he'd have better distance control. He said that he had to feel as though he started with his arms but that was not the reality it was just the feel he needed to get the desired change.

The names of the pros wern't mentioned, but the answers
varied from "i start with my left knee", "i replant my left heel"
one said "i don't think about anything" another "i push off with my right leg,
one said, -i think ,i don't have the book right now-
"i pull down with my left arm" and a few more that say they key on some
upper body motion.

so, are there different ways to do it correctly or does
each individual feel the same motions in a different way?

I've yet to see a tour pro that does not start their downswing with their lower bodies. Assuming they are all tour pros and they are all tour pros that I've examined on video then any that said they started with their upper bodies are not actually doing what they say they are.
