Courses for laymen to learn Biblical Greek

Is there a course of study available for laymen to learn to read biblical greek? I have always wanted to do that, but don't have a seminary close by to even be able to audit a night course. There are a couple of "on line" courses that you can find, but I don't want to waste resources by jumping into something way over my head initially, or that is not user friendly.
