On this site found on 19-02-1961 the Egypt 2-5 Hungary
match was played, two days after the official A-match between both
nations. Unfortunately three Egyptian players are not mentioned. No
Hungarian line up available, but Hungarian team must have been drawn
from the same selection that was in Egypt during that period.

I can add that Aldo Stilla was the Italian goalkeeper Aldo Stella. Over that period, he played for Zamalek.

Great job,
so the match is (labelled as) a Cairo - Budapest one. In February 1961
Grosics however was a Tatabánya based player and Solymosi a Miskolc
based player.
Also the Egyptian line up showed very soon not all
players were Cairo based. El-Esnawi Amin was an Alexandria based one, so it
was not right by the officials to label this match as Cairo vs
Budapest.

This match played on 03-03-1963 is labelled as Morocco vs Budapest, but was de facto Morocco vs Hungary. Goalkeeper Ilku was a Dorog based player. Nevertheless, in the three previous and the next match Hungary fielded Budapest based players only.

József Gelei is a Tatabánya based player. All members of the various 1965 Hungarian NT were Budapest based players except József Gelei and Gustáv Szepesi who ere both Tatabánya based players.

Match was played in Stade Joseph-Marin in Vorst (Forest). Referee: Robert Schaut (Belgium), 18.000 spectators.
