A few days ago the tournament came to an end.

La Reunion played their first ever Futsal matches.

results:
La Reunion - South Africa 0-6
La Reunion - Mauritius 4-2
La Reunion - Comoros 7-1
South Africa - Mauritius 5-3
Mauritius - Comoros 7-2
South Africa - Comoros 16-0

I can't find the actual structure of the tournament, but it looks like South Africa won, followed by La Reunion, Mauritius and Comoros. Decent debut for Reunion

Looks like a straightforward 4-team round-robin to me, unless there was a 5th (non-national) team.

Agree. But some Mauritius sources spoke about a "final"

Hmm.  Sometimes people refer to the last round of the round-robin as "final" in lieu of "decider", or some other less ambiguous term.

Historically, it sometimes happened that the tournament structure was unclear even to some of the participants (and/or the reporters) during the event itself.

It was a straightforward 4-team round robin.

Of course, I had all the results on my website already (in the correct order).

"La Réunion" is usually just referred to as Réunion in English (much as "La France" is just France).

These were also the first ever futsal matches for Comoros and Mauritius.  Only South Africa had played before, so it was no surprise that they won the tournament.  Futsal had been played for a while in Réunion and Mauritius, but they just hadn't formed a national team until now.

Yes but you hadn't duplicated them in all conceivable places that anybody might look for them!

You can if you like - I was just adding some info to it, answering your original question, and correcting the order of the matches.  Nobody said you couldn't post info.

This is generally the way things go in the world - someone says something and asks a question, and other people discuss it, try to answer the question, add more info to it if possible, and correct anything they feel is not correct.

If you feel something completely inhuman or abnormal has happened here, please feel free to raise your concerns by requesting the creation of a "complaints" sub-forum, which I'll gladly create in order that you can post your concerns there.
