Lithuanian sources report this team as Lithuanian national team, represented by Zalgiris Vilnius.
V.A.L. wrote:As far as i remember from old lithuanian yearbooks and football programs i'ts always been Lithuania-Libya game (even if all lithuanian players were from Zalgiris Vilnius). As Zalgiris Vilnius (Spartakas Vilnius before 60's) was representative team of the republic with best lithuanian players, all games played before 1990 by the team against national selections i would count as "A" international games (i don't remember the results but i'm pretty sure it was a few games against Laos, Vietnam, etc. when Zalgiris went on tours to Southeast Asia, Africa in 70's and 80's).
Is there anybody who has more results/details about these matches?

I don't have any of those results, but some other related ones:
1985 Zhalgiris went to Nigeria in November/December, but did not play vs any national team.
1987 to Syria for a few games
11 Feb - Damascus XI 0-6 Zhalgiris
(maybe a Syrian national team...)
1987 Universiade - Zhalgiris represented USSR and won the tournament.
1989 to Trinidad
5 Nov - Trinidad & Tobago 4-2 Zhalgiris
8 Nov - Trinidad & Tobago 0-1 Zhalgiris

That was in December 1967. Zhalgiris arrived in Madras (from Colombo) for a 6 match tour. First game vs a Southern India XI was postponed. I don't have the other fixtures.

Players from Lithuanian League clubs not involved in European Cups (Kauno Zalgiris (6), Jonava (8), Palanga (4)), some U20.

Full squad and brief report here. Only Luksa and Paulius with any significant number of caps.

Second match is apparently being streamed live, but I doubt if I'll get chance to watch it.
