Thanks for the screenshot. The problem is that you wrote the IP Address incorrectly. is not your IP. It is your Gateway (the number that opens your Router Settings page).

To get your Internal IP Address do the following:
1. Click on Start button, type cmd on Search bar and press Enter.
2. You will see the command prompt. In there type ipconfig and press Enter.
3. You will see numbers now. First one is IP Address and third one is Gateway.

Your IP Address must not finish in 1. I presume it's or similar.

Note: the "could not launch revolt" error is fixed by updating re-volt.
